Unprofessional and rude towards customer

Only If I could give zero star for Axis bank.
We went to Axis bank, wanowrie branch 27th of October 2023 to open an bank account for my mom and Ms. Pratiksha informed me that the account will be activated within 24 hours, 16K cash was given while opening up the account as I have no digital phone apps to transfer the amount which was otherwise required (as I am an NRI and was visiting India for a short period).
We provided Mom's adhar card and phone no and as we didn't have her PAN card with us at that time and I suggested we could text her PAN card no once we reach home but Pratiksha told us that she wouldn't need that still be able to process without her PAN card. Next day the account was still not activated and it might need a few more hours, we were told by some other bank employee as Pratiksha was not available in the office nor did she pick up our call.
As we were travelling out of town on the same day we could not verify the same. We did not receive any communication from the bank or Pratiksha after that regarding processing until we visited the bank again on 16th Nov and again promised that they will work on it and resolve the issue ASAP but in vain with no follow up/ calls ( it was informed issue was because of missing PAN card detail and after that we provided the PAN#)
Again on 17th my husband had to visit the bank and spoke to Rahul and his manager as Pratiksha was unavailable and was insured that they will activate the account by evening or if that was not possible he requested to close the account and return the cash provided while opening up account. We visited the bank in the afternoon and the account was still not activated.
On the 18th My mom along with my husband requested that the account be closed and they were informed that they won't be able to do it that day and we will have to come back to the branch on Monday morning.
Never in these visit Axis employee informed what they want from us to get THEIR WORK done but waited until next time we visited the bank only to send us bank to come again.

Monday morning at 10am my mom reached the branch and she had to wait until 2pm to have her account closed and get her deposit bank. While she waited there I called her to speak to the agent who is assisting her. While speaking to Rahul he said "he is still working the case even though he is meeting her the first time "? I HAD NO IDEA THAT AXIS EMPLOYEE ARE DOING A FAVOR ON CUSTOMERS PROVIDING THEIR SERVICE.
Very unprofessional, he was very rude and loud while speaking to my mom. While this incident happened I asked Pratiksha to send my Bank manager no which she said she would but didn't.
I had to woke my husband up (it was 3 am in USA) to get the branch manager contact #.
Only after I spoke with Bank manager she was offered a glass of water and At the end my mom got her deposit back after waiting in the bank for 4 hours in the bank, multiple bank visit, and paid Rs 470 out of Rs ******* deposit for all the trouble caused by Axis bank employee and Pratiksha didn't even bothered to inform why was the amount deducted. SO MUCH TO OPEN UP A BANK ACCOUNT.
Very unprofessional and unethical practice by Axis bank employee towards their customer and specially a Senior Citizen. I am never getting my or friends and family business to Axis and will be escalating this case to higher management.

Bad staff in mandsaur (m.p)branch

In mandsaur branch avinash Arora was very bad person. He was talk like axis Bank md.
He was not coperate.
He was not going working by customer point of view
He was not doing proper ans
He was doing job in very high attitude
He was causing huge losses to Axis Bank's business.
I am pradhuman murdiya my firm name vardhman Enterprises Mandsaur Madhya Pradesh.
In axis Bank opening cc account 1year ago. My bank transaction 3cr aprox
My side limit was take over by Bank of baroda because ur bank staff was bad attitude so I will request u to in mandsaur Avinash ji Verma should be removed from the bank.
I have requested to provid tha lod of modgaje property, Avinash Verma saying in very attitude wait for 40days, he was not interested to give to lod, he was not given answer properly, finally Avinash ji self make lod & given to me after 2month. I am asking to u sir
Avinash ji ko hi LOD CERTIFICATE bana ka Dena tha to 1 first day ho dedete after 2month q chakar katwa ka diya
Axis Bank ka sbse bakar behaviour sirf avinash Verma ji ka hi hai
I have closed my account because Avinash ji was very baad employee. He was not given answer properly

Worst experience and Pathetic service

That was my worst experience from Axis Bank. I borrowed a loan from Axis Bank which was I want to close but still I am waiting.Last two months ago I have done transction to close my Personal Loan after that I had checked from my mobile app there was INR 2700 amount showing which was not done by mobile app after I had called and what's app a person who collected the money when EMI got bounced. I told him there is some amount showing which you have to pay thrue net banking. I did pay the amount to him and he had done net banking and share the screenshot of payment then I asked him again now there is no dues pending from my PL he told me no. After that again ask the same question please check if there any dues I will pay now this conversation on dated 06 Jan. 22 otherwise on dated Jan. 10 they will run my EMI and I told him if they run my EMI I will never pay the amount and Axis Bank have bare the charges If EMI run and get bounced. You please have to check. On dated 10 Jan. Axis Bank has run my EMI without informing me and I received the message from bank your EMI got bounced. After that I received many calls from Axis Bank collection agent and they told me there is INR 2193 pending from your PL (1600+EMI bouncing charges) please pay immediately and I was again and again repeating one question please raise my complain but they all knew my story but can't raise the complain and told me call customer care for your complain. If I make the complain to collection agent which I received the call from Mumbai Office why they not raised my complain even they all knew about my problem and where mistake had been done. I have all proof, screen shot of payment, recording which I have done it last two month.They didn't raise my complain. Even though I got defolter from other bank and charged me a lot which I didn't use it. My EMI has run without informing me and also they charged me extra and also 600 to 700 extra I have to pay to bank where EMI hasn't been debited.Now again I have paid INR 2193 to Axis Bank for close my PL last and final amount which is showing in my mobile app and collection agent said amount but now INR 24 are still pending. Sir please tell me where I have done mistake so that you are charging a lot. That was my worst worst worst experience.
