Ordered sample for $3.95, never received as advertised. A friend had a similar experience with larger charges appearing on their statement. I Googled the web site exactly as written on my statement and discovered these submissions. I have had to cancel my credit card to prevent further abuse. Please don't believe their false claims.

If you go to the website there is nothing there.
But somehow they got a hold of my credit card number and charged me twice $76.69 and $76.62 - I never ordered nor received a product.
The Credit Card company is not very helpful in locating this - in my opinion - illegal basement business.

Ordered a samle of face cream off them thats all but now iv found out that they have taken £69.99p of my credit card! Can't seem to find this web site now told my credit card provider who assured me they would refund me. But what my worry is can ther keep taking it out and how do i get hold of them to cancil?
I ordered a sample. Didn't receive it. Called them. Was told the charges to my Visa would be reversed and I had to call Visa because they have not done so. Talk about not meeting your legal obligations. How brazen can you be.
My experience is pretty much the same as others who have reported on here. I ordered a sample on 4th March, 2011 which I duly received (having paid the £6.95 p&p as requested). However, a further sum of £69.95 was taken from my Mastercard account on 22nd March!
Having queried the same with my John Lewis Mastercard and filing a dispute I am informed I am committed to a contract/subscription!
However, no-one can tell me whether it's weekly, monthly, yearly or whatever this is for and I am baffled.
I've had to pay my Mastercard charge for the sum of £69.95 which is aggravating to put it mildly as I have received nothing for that sum. All I got when I googled their webpage was a blank page and I was immediately infected with a virus which cost me a further sum of £116 to have it removed by an IT engineer.
This has proved a very costly and salutary lesson.
I hope no-one else is conned by this dreadful company.
My credit card charge came from Great Britian and my card provider blocked my card and called me, reissued another. I do not want to do buisness with them as I find out more and more about their site.
I ordered for a sample at aw-radialabsdirect.com *******624 gbr for 4.12 on dec. 24, got charged 76,69 on jan 8, and another one on jan. 24 same amt, without me ordering them, the sample is defective, can't contact them.
I THINK THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY KEEP CHARGING FOR STUFF I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT RECEIVE
