I placed an order online for a custom made leather jacket. Although I thought I followed the detailed measuring instruction precisely, an employee contacted me wanting to affirm a measurement he felt might have been short. After further measurement details and suggestions, I added 2-1/2" to my sleeve measurement, and thankfully so! My jacket is of incredible quality and fit's like a glove! Thank you Leather Cult!

I ordered some goodies and paid the extra for shipping because why not? I messaged asking about my order being shipped since it hadn't shipped yet. I didn't complain I'm patient but with out me even asking they refunded my shipping just because it would be a couple days later! That is amazing customer service! I'm a forever customer now! I bought my husband his 1st one In 2016 and he's loved it. I recently bought his 2nd one, 8 years later, since that one had seen better days. He says it's the only wallet he'll ever have. It's compact enough yet still holds everything he needs. Great wallet, very well made!

I used the Nickel Alert to check all my jewelry, belts, and accessories for nickel content. It was very surprising. All but one of my belts was nickel, and most of my vintage jewelry was nickel, sadly. It helps explain a few things... oh and some of my jewelry that was cheap from China had nickel. I just wish I had an easy way like this to check for lead and cadmium.
