I bought two products from the site. One was a wrong products and other looked as if it has been used. The customer care doesn't respond to my calls or messages at all. At the time of buying I was forced to pay online. But after the product delivery no response. The most terrible experience of shopping online. Bunch of crooks. N don't go by any of the positive reviews, they are all self generated by their crooks.

Hi this is jai singh from mumbai I first placed order i opted for bank payment. It was for a mont blanc pen. They said its from brand shoots and catalog and display and all. I thot it mught be old. But when it came it was too good. Brand new and took it to store they authenticated it and told that store will gove warranty. I was amazed. Orders toal 4 pens now Online payment made. The products are seriously too good. I am in love with the collection.

I bought a Gucci wallet from avenuelondon store and I am very happy to receive genuine Gucci wallet from here. Some days ago, I was confused that whether I will get the genuine one or not? But at the end I got the genuine Gucci wallet.

Complete disregard to basic business ethics. I purchased a belt from them. They sent me a completely wrong product. Different model different colour. Then it takes them over 40 days to exchange for correct product. But when the replacement arrives, the leather is damaged. Completely unwearable. Its not almost 60 days since i purchase it from them and i am stuck with a torn belt (see pics attached of what i received). Customer service never picks up. The bafoons on whatsapp keep making me run around. Buyer BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

They are selling fake products and the fake products also are not being sent in totality. Ordered an LV bag (found out later that theres no way Lv can go at such a cheap rate and if it is then its a fake)
The long strap was missing and I could make out its fake just by looking at it. Took it to the LV store and was so embarrassed. They are good at fooling people and will convince you to paytm or pay the amount online and their return policy is also a sham! They will start ignoring you the moment you ask for a refund! Beware and dont fall for these scammers

2 weeks ago, one of my friends invited me to buy a DIOR SCARF at 75% discount from AVENUELONDON website. I have booked a DIOR BLACK SCARF on Cash on delivery. My order number was IN*******. I have received my order in perfect condition with 2 years of international warranty. My SCARF is warm, silky and the best thing is that I got it on 75% discount. Thanks, AVENUELONDON website.

I ordered 3 pens from them for diwali gift I just got the delivery of my order number ******* on Saturday and I got it checked from taj Mumbai and I am so happy they was authentic pens and I will place more orders with them

They are a fraud company. I ordered something & they delivered another product which was cheaper & very low in quality. They don't respond to any mails or phone calls. I looked at the ratings & bought from them but probably all the ratings are fake. I will be registering a complaint in the consumer court

They dint send my products, they looted my money, I have been constantly calling and messaging them, they dont respond.
They played a story saying they sent the products to me, which they dint and they kept saying they had proof of delivery which they never showed.
They respond only thru watsapp! They even failed to respond to the legal notice I sent.
That cheap and fraudsters they are!...
Dont believe the other 5 star rating reviews, they are the staff people responding. Dont order and get cheated, the team should have little shame to cheat people. If I get a chance I want to drag that CEO of theirs on the road and bash him
