Excellent customer service and extremely helpful. Staff advised me what PC would best suite my needs. They kept me fully updated whilst my PC was being built.
The PC does everything I expected and more.

Big fan of Avaxos! I was able to pick the components for my computer easily, there were alerts to let me know if they thought I'd made a mistake or needed to clarify something, and the way they kept me updated on the progress of my order was top notch. My computer is beautiful!

Great experience from ordering to delivery. Advice from sales staff was very helpful in configuring the right PC for my needs. It was great to have updates right the way through the build from order, where it was in production, through to a "sneak peek" before it went into testing and the much anticipated arrival. The build time was remarkably quick and the machine is a delight to use, perfect for my graphics work and handles large databases with ease. Who knows, maybe I'll try a bit of gaming! I've ordered a few laptops and PCs from Avaxos over the years and I'm always impressed with the products, their communication, and especially their after-sales support. Would strongly recommend to anyone (and have).

From ordering to delivery communication was first class, I was kept informed of my order at all stages. My configuration works a treat and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Being able to take time to get my match of components just right and your straightforward notes on compatability. And your frequent reports on progress at each stage, all much appreciated.

To swap a ram and hard driver a week before "production" has started... When production starts it can take another 3 wks phoned up Number 18 over ah hr waiting this time Number 16 just to cancel I could have bought rig and upgrades and using by now...

I had to pay almost €300 in unexpected customs fees. The website had a.ie address and charged me in euro - leading me to believe it was coming from or set-up as a European delivery. Avaxos apologised for the error but directed me to their Ts+Cs and refused to support me any further. So I had to pay an additional 30% for my laptop, which is a huge amount of money extra.

The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugged in properly.
I ordered a digital copy of Office 2021 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out.
PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.

I needed a new computer set up that was tailored towards my specific needs rather than having the new model that catered towards everything.
Avaxos was straight forward to use, went a bit over my head as a new user, the pricing was fair, and the delivery time was great. Arrived in excellent condition too, and I'm very pleased with my computer now. Great job!

Absolutely amazing, the connection between them and the customer was brilliant i used to send them emails and they would always get back to me as soon as possible and always updated me on my pc. 5 stars

Really great PC, order did take a bit longer than I expected, also it had a bit of confusion during set up which could be made a bit clearer with a simplified instruction list specific to the PC. Overall no problems yet and I am really enjoying it so far.

Wrong power cable sent (US) and two of the feet from case where broken (in transit) I fear...will not be using you ever again and will not be telling my friends and relations to use this company

This is my third order with Avaxos and each time they have either reached or exceeded my expectations
My latest build was with an RTX 4090 and an i9 *******k, and these are beasts and work great

Only two issues with my most recent order, one is that my case is a Corsair 5000t rgb, and sadly the border led strips don't light up, after checking with customer service from Avaxos and Corsair seems this is just a faulty model, although seemed to work in testing
And one further issue is my new PC seemed to overheat and switch off once although no repeat of this nor reason I can find it happened so may have fixed itself
Overall Avaxos are great and I would recommend them

Price is actually not the problem - the delivery of a non-performing PC is the issue. Customer service is non-existent, and they like to avoid being told the truth. Avoid them like the plague.

Rubbush laptop and company, laptop is in for its 3rd repair in as many months, 1 a repeat issue poor communication. Which I could have given 0 stars

Due the Pc being built incorrectly you would like me to pay $35 to get it delivered back to you guys due to your error.

Was recommended Avaxos by a family member as was looking for a start up gaming pc for my son. Absolutely fantastic service! Kept me updated every step of the way. Cannot fault them! Would definitely recommend. Pc is amazing son was over the moon!
