I clicked on an ad on Facebook for "Photo Editor by InPixio" which is made by Avanquest. The video looked good, like it was a good app, so I downloaded it. Well, I couldn't make any of the effects they advertised happen, so I spent the $1.99 for the premium' version. It wasn't any better. So I tried the support option. That was Dec 20th. Here on Jan 11th, although there has been plenty of communication back and forth, not ONCE did the provide any help. They just keep asking me to prove I bought it. I send copies of my apple store invoice, but again and again, no help, only more requests for proof I bought it. The person's name was Anna, and I can't think of much she could do to be more UNhelpful!
