I recently purchased a radio for my truck. The ad shows a 120gb ipod in the picture. After installing the radio I found it would not read my 120gb ipod. Contacting the company they were very slow to respond. After about a week of emails back and forth they told me that the radio does not support ipods over 64gb. This has since been added to the specs tab on the product page. Per their 100% money back guarantee I requested a refund. They agreed to refund the full amount but refused to pay the $75 return shipping. After 8 more days with no word I emailed them to ask about the refund. They replied by saying they would only refund 90% of the cost. I replied back with copies of the emails where they promised to refund the full amount. After 10 more days with no response I emailed them and said to either refund the full amount or send back the radio so I can try to sell it locally. They responded to that email within 5 minutes saying they will send it back to me.
I purchased the radio on July 28 and they have had my money now for over 2 months.
