It was good the only thing I wish is you guys would have told me that you did not have them in stock that they had to come from the factory which deleted a couple days and I was in a hurry to get them.

One muffler was day late. It was damaged from autoplicity warehouse! Had to make it work cause of time. Return customer will think twice about online parts. For the over $72.00 for the muffler wasn't worth it!

I thought that delivery could have been quicker but, this would not impact my purchasing from them again. Great prices!

with over $100 in the shopping cart, i couldn't order a single QT of marine oil, minimum of 6 only. great prices on everything else.

Great service, no complaints. The wiring schematic for the product was useless, but that is the fault of the manufacturer, not you.

Got the right part fast. The only thing I didn't like was that I ordered the part with 2-day shipping and after ordering I find out that there may be a 1-3 day processing time. Why wasn't that stated up front? Also the tracking info was way off. I had received the part before I got the email saying the part was being shipped. Also no product picture would be better than a completely wrong one. I felt like I was taking a chance buying a tensioning pulley when the product image showed an intake manifold. The part number and description were correct, and 2-day shipping was an option so I took the gamble. It paid off, but it wasn't without its stress.

Carrier did not contact me when they were at my driveway laid my brand new Dart Block half in the flower bed on cinder blocks not happy with the way they delivered my product

I need to know how to send the product back it's doesn't fit wrong part. Need a bar code to return the product

Hate that you have ads that spam my email after checkout. Other than that great prices and hopefully just as fast delivery

wwhen the order arrived one package was damaged and are in process of
correcting that problem.. The one of the actuator/primer that I ordered was
damaged and spilled and damaged the box and leaked on the carriers belongings
and wallet.. My corrective measure for this mishap would possibly be to put the
containers in some form of siplock carrier so if damaged and spilled its contained
in some form of protector.

Ordered item (weather seal) was supposed to be .250 H but was shipped incorrect item at only .218 H. I did use it but thicker would have been better.

First time ordering for auto part online, but if I must say I am very happy with the time it took for my auto part to arrive. This will not be my last time ordering from autoplicity.

Would like to see the right photo to be more confident that the item I purchased was what I was expecting. The product was the correct product, installation was easy and the price was fantastic.

I had tried to order online and it never finished loading. I called on Monday to ask them to cancel that first order which Veronica said she would do. The first delivery were the four wheels I thought were the only ones I thought I should receive. Then I received the other four that I was told would be. An Ellen at my request! The photo of what I was buying completely did not match the product I received.
Jennifer, the customer service supervisor, got everything straightened out. I had to ask to speak with her on the first call! If it had not been for Jennifer, I wouldn't order anything from autoplicity again.

Entering a coupon code isn't as easy to find as other sites. You should have a box on the Cart screen asking for a coupon code rather than a tiny link to enter a coupon code. Otherwise, great site and great prices.

Received the product but realized it was wrong size. Still waiting on response back in regards to exchanging for correct item.

Customer Service with this product was really good. I received my product sooner then I was expecting. Everything worked out great.

Will buy from Autoplicity again. I found what I was looking for at the lowest price and shipping was very fast. The website navigation was not as good as some other sites however with persistence I usually found what I was looking for.

Shipping time could be improved vs your competitor's. It took 6 business days for product to arrive.

Identified the item by elimination. It would help if the item was identified. Item ordered was stated to be in stock, but was not, resulting in 4+ day delay. Tracking number did not work.
