I ordered a pair of PIAA silicone windshield wipers for my car from Autoplicity. I was shocked to find that they were cheaper than both Amazon and Walmart by $9.00, even though they charged $9.99 for shipping. I choose standard shipping and they still arrived fast. I called Autoplicity customer service to ask a question and they answered the phone promptly and the customer service agent was both friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I ordered from Autoplicity, but I definitely will again. Overall a great company which is rare these days.
Ordered 2 parts. They shipped one correct and one incorrect. It took me a week of fighting to get them to admit they'd sent the wrong part. Told them to send the correct part. They declined and issued a refund for the part only, not the shipping which I have to pay for again. I had to cancel the credit card charge. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered part on July 4th, tried to cancel order 12 hrs later on July 5th. Was told that it was to late to cancel and 4 hrs later a get a shipped notice. Then on the 7th I requested a return and was told I would get instructions in 1 day and its been a week now and I have received no return instructions and have sent three emails asking for return instructions and I am receiving no response.
Tip for consumers:
warning about canceling or returning items...still have not received return information after over a week

Product was not what I wanted. Product received was in a 7 oz. can and I was told it was 13 oz. as pictured. Product was returned.
On 8/14/18, I ordered a Dorman Brake hose (technically called a "hydraulic hose"--part # H*******), and received an email confirming the purchase. On 8/15/18, I received an email confirming the product had been shipped. I checked with USPS tracking for two days, and on 8/17/18, USPS confirmed that the part had been "August 17, 2018,10:06 pm Accepted at USPS Origin Facility MOORESTOWN, NJ *******". The part wasn't delivered to me until 8/20/18, and not only was it the wrong part in the right box, it and the box both well used. I contacted Autoplicity and was instructed to send some photos of the boxes (original and shipping) and the part to them to determine whether this issue was cause for a refund. Next, I received and email saying the return request was under consideration. This survey is the email I received from them.
I was informed upon that when I logged on the website that I would receive 20% off shipping if I put in one of my emails. I did and was given this code "20offshipping" but was never given the opportunity to put this code in and get the discount.
Bait and switch! I bought this replacement winch cable roller because the photo showed it was all metal not plastic like the original. An OEM plastic roller is what arrived. I won't do business with Autoplicity again!!
Hoping for fast delivery and a great value. Received my order in a timely manner, however it was damaged and I am still waiting to get a refund or new product.
The product I ordered was not the product on the web page, Very disappointed!!!!! On the top of the page in small letters was the model number. The model number matches what I got. So I guess I am stuck with it. You could put the proper picture with the proper item!!!!!!
The picture on the website was not the item that I received. I order a camper jack and received parts to convert it into an electric Jack. But the pictures shows a Jack not parts. I'm sending back the parts.

The item was not what I thought it was. The picture was very deceiving and so was the name. I need to return this product
Packaging was abysmal. Box almost torn open with no packing material at all. My head gaskets flopped around loosely in the box. I don't think they're damaged but I am really concerned. Don't know if I will order from them again.
It was very easy and painless to make the order I needed, however I feel it is unacceptable to add in offers that are not at all related to my purchase AFTER I make it. I ordered via mobile, and I believe this was the first pop up ad I've gotten from a vendor.

According to the picture on your website this was supposed to be a fully assembled power steering pump there was no pulley on it and the box was opened with no o-ring gaskets and I could not find a phone number to contact the seller
Received my order in a timely manner. The dipstick is the wrong size for my car. Too many sites said it would fit that why I ordered it. Lesson learned.
I received one mislabeled product (a TBI rebuild kit when I ordered a catalytic converter) and a muffler that had a broken part inside. Both items were returned and purchased from Amazon. Received those in 2 days with zero defects.
Picture on website said ethanol sensor and I received fittings for an ethanol sensor. I was looking for an ethanol sensor and could not make a car show because of the way it was advertised. Please change the image to say it is only fittings for a sensor and not that it's an ethanol sensor. I also called as I was curious about the pigtail in the picture and was told I would receive the sensor only. A bit disappointed because of this.
they sent me the wrong parts for the vehicle, I tried to call multiple times and got a busy signal. I will not deal with this company again, its Amazon for me!
Your website timed out two or three times on every page. I constantly had to refresh. I had to do this three times on the payment page making me VERY nervous. I better not have been charged three times!
What is with the ads about getting blue box or other services at checkout? Very deceiving! almost signed up for stuff I didn't want.
I tried using PayPal to pay for the items. At first, every option populated a window for payment, except PayPal.
So, I tried using a different browser. This worked, but presented a different problem. I wanted the items shipped directly to my mechanic, which is a different than my billing address, but when I entered the address in PayPal and got redirected back to the Autoplicity website, the billing address auto-populated to my mechanic's address.
I called customer service and the representative was unable to help. I was transferred to a supervisor, but only reached his voicemail. I never received a return call.
Finally, I got so fed up with the process I just entered the garage's address as the shipping and billing addresses. Luckily, the sale went through.
All's well that ends well, I suppose, but the frustration of the addresses not populating with the correct information drove me nuts through the process, and no return call from customer service was irritating.
They canceled my order for due to them not able to fulfill my order request which why would they sell a product they can't get
Box was completely destroyed upon arrival and I was missing most of the contents in the box. Contacted customer support and have had no resolve after several days. I keep being told that your company is working on it but no resolve. It should be as simple as sending another order and having this one picked up.
