I ordered a pair of PIAA silicone windshield wipers for my car from Autoplicity. I was shocked to find that they were cheaper than both Amazon and Walmart by $9.00, even though they charged $9.99 for shipping. I choose standard shipping and they still arrived fast. I called Autoplicity customer service to ask a question and they answered the phone promptly and the customer service agent was both friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I ordered from Autoplicity, but I definitely will again. Overall a great company which is rare these days.
Ordered 2 parts. They shipped one correct and one incorrect. It took me a week of fighting to get them to admit they'd sent the wrong part. Told them to send the correct part. They declined and issued a refund for the part only, not the shipping which I have to pay for again. I had to cancel the credit card charge. Avoid at all costs.
They advertised a gold door handle and I ordered it and they sent me a black one and they would not give me a refund this is a scam company watch out for them be careful they do false advertising they show you one thing and they send you something else
Purchased the incorrect part (my fault). Requested a return the same day it was received. Again, difficult process to navigate, resulting in calling directly to arrange. After returning the UNOPENED part, I was reimbursed $62 from the original price of $118. Never again. AVOID this company like the plague!

Tried to inquire about the color/finishes of these rotors prior to ordering them being they're over $1200 for a set and the representative that answered was extremely rude and less than helpful. He stated that if they were incorrect and wrong color but they "fit the application," I'd be stuck with them and they wouldn't return them. I asked repeated for a serious explanation to his outlandish remarks and to my surprise, he was dead serious! I was mindblown.I will NEVER purchase anything from them.

Needed a new radiator. Used Autoplicity's fitment feature on their website, entering year, make, model and displacement of my car. The fitment returned the stock number of the item to order, so I ordered it. Cost a little over $160. Radiator arrived, but when I tried to install it, it didn't fit. Mounting holes did not line up with the holes in the vehicle's frame. Called Autoplicity to request a return. Customer service told me that if the item has been installed, or if it was attempted to be installed, or if all of the original packaging and information was not with the item, the return would be refused. More bad news, Autoplicity (dba TH Motorsports) would not pay the return shipping. I got quotes from three different carriers and the cheapest was $142. So through no fault of my own, I have to spend $142 to MAYBE get back my $160, even though the error was not mine. Pretty austere return policy. Had I ordered this on my Amazon Prime account, they would have paid the return shipping and sent me the correct replacement radiator. There's a reason why customers shop the well known online stores like Amazon and Walmart. So, Autoplicity burned me once, but they will never get a chance to do it again. This was their one and only sale to me. Oh, and if you should have to talk to Autoplicity's customer service people, don't expect to get any warm fuzzies from the CSR's.

Turn back why you still can this company will lie to you about shipping. First it says free shipping then it's 999 shipping and then I pay for shipping and the company lies to you saying it's shipped when in fact I called FedEx with the tracking number they provided and FedEx tells me all they did was create a label and they don't even have my package. So I demand a full refund one lady was rude hung up on me the other lady wouldn't give me a refund tells me what I was talking about didn't matter. Then I called back an hour later and she tells me they've already shipped it and now I have to pay for shipping run why you still can do not use this company there lier's and thieves. If there was a no star I would leave them no stars there was a negative I'd give negative 10

I received a damaged motor. Autoplicity took the position that since there was no visible damage to the packaging they would not replace it. Two wires were crimped (one actually broke) from being wedged against the carton but they did not feel that poor packing was their fault. I would be very careful ordering from this company given their cavalier position on returns.

I Purchased a bull bar for my car. The Autoplicity Co. Told me it takes two days to ship the item. Then they told me it takes two months to get it. I canceled the order and I can't get my money back. They told me that order was canceled that's not true. I called PayPal and told them what's going on. PayPal opened the dispute on that company. I don't recommend to buy anything from Autoplicity.

I ordered a part on Wednesday morning paid for the over night fee of $82 I called Thursday to find out where my part was the lady on the phone said I wouldn't even get my tracking number until Friday. So Friday came got a tracking number and now my part has been lost at ups and won't be here until Monday.worst service ever will never order anything from them again.
Ordered a steering box for a 1978 bronco. Autoplicity sent me the wrong part. Customer service admitted that they made the mistake and sent me the wrong part. They're even still advertising the wrong part on Amazon. Even though was completely their fault they refuse to send the correct part, instead they just try to justify the incompetence. Filing complaints with the better business bureau. Save your time and money and find a more reputable company. I wish I had read their reviews before ordering anything from them. That's their ad in the pic. That part is wrong, goes to a different vehicle. Even after telling them it's wrong it's still there for sale
I purchased a set of 4 window deflectors for my toyota at a cost of $99.55 using their vehicle format and when I got them in they were about 6 inches too long. It took me several weeks to get a return number. I sent them back and that cost me $24.55 so really I'm due a refund of $124.10 well, they kept giving me the run around until I finally got to talk to someone on 9/21/23 and he explained that they charged me a shipping fee and a restocking fee even though they were the ones who made the mistake. Long story short, I got a refund of $23.43 so I lost $100.67 messing with these people. So buyer beware of these people because they like your money and once they get it you won't get it back...

First order one item arrived broken the other part didn't come at all. Second order after being told it was in stock and would be delivered in two days or so, was later flagged and would not arrive for a month if at all. They did however refund our money. Terrible service.

Worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered an exhaust in mid-February (February 21 to be exact) and was told it would be delivered by April 23. May begins and I have heard nothing from the company so I called and they said it would be delivered at the end of May. No big deal, things happen. May comes and goes, and then June, and then July and so on and now it's September and they just keep pushing back the shipment date. They never contacted me to tell me what was going on. I had to call each time and was transferred through multiple people before they would tell me my exhaust was delayed another few months. I called 4 different times to cancel my order since it was past the cancellation window so I couldn't do it online and all 4 times they told me it was cancelled, but it never was. I will never order through this website or deal with these people again. Now, I'm just hoping they'll finally cancel my order after a month of trying to get my money back.

Ordered the Arnott C-3185 kit which was stated to be in stock (still is). After 9 days of pending order, I got it cancelled because they couldn't fulfill my order. Got my money back minus $56, due to exhange rate, which I seem to have lost.
Ordered from RockAuto which sent the kit the same day and two days later it's in my country.

Ordered for one truck and was sent parts that weren't even for my truck but for older model than mine. Then when I returned I wasnt even refunded what i paid for the parts. I was charged crazy money for ordering and returning something that wasnt even for my truck. Never will do business with this company again. Will tell everyone I know not to do business with this company. Would give negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE AND A RIPOFF

I ordered a part I needed asap with $18 two day shipping. Autoplicity shipped my part with standard ground shipping and it was going to take 6 days to arrive. I called them and they confirmed it was shipped wrong. I asked if they could ship out another one expedited since I needed the part asap. They could not help me, they told me to refuse shipment and I would get a refund. Then after they get the part back and numerous phone calls they told me they do not give out full refunds. I asked for a supervisor and finally they agreed to refund my money. Terrible service and a terrible company. Not a single apology for messing up my shipment and every service person I talked to was somewhat rude. Definitely think twice before ordering from this outfit.

This company charges 30 percent restocking fee when you return the product. This company is abunch of thieves. I will never use them and tell everyone to avoid the horrible company! Don't use them!
I ordered 2 tires from Autoplicity. Their website said the had at least 10 in stock. My order was cancelled and money was refunded for lack of stock. I had to call and try to find out the status of my order. I received no e-mail notifying me of the cancellation. It was not until I called, was I notified of the cancellation and refund, meanwhile I was waiting for my tires.
I went to their site because they offered an item at a lower price than most sites. We wanted to order because they also offered PayPal pay in 4 which would be helpful to us. I started to process the order but the site kept shutting down. Finally got to the pay part and I clicked PayPal pay and the order went through then it took me back and said shipping and handling needed to be paid separate. I thought ok, no biggie, hit the pay button and next thing I know my bank alerts go off. I'm expecting to see 130 for shipping and $90 for PayPal but instead see the full price 485 through the company and the $90 through PayPal. I'm like no. So I go to cancel the order by calling in, get told what's the email confirmation number? I didn't receive one. Ok well give it an hour then call back. I waited all day. No email. I call back the next morning. I get the order number from a customer service agent. They tell me you can't cancel over the phone you need to go to the site and cancel using your order number. This was the 17th. I get told by the person on the phone, you should have your money back by Tuesday, that would be the 21st. On the 21st, no emails no updates on a refund. Nothing. So I email back. I'm not seeing a refund status yet can I get some information? No reply on Tuesday, the 21st. Finally on the 22nd we get an email. We have started your refund process it should take 3 to 5 days. Yesterday the 26th. Day 5 still nothing. Emailed again. Got a response sorry for the inconvenience we are still working on processing the refund. Today, same, no money back, and email response was sorry feel free to email if you have further need for assistance. What I NEED is my money back. I was still going to use this company once I got the refund. But now? I will post this story on every review site I can find, also reporting them to the BBB. I have all my emails my phone log and my bank statement to back me up.
Do not order them cancel from this company as you will be lucky to ever see your money again.

It was a toolbox to fit next to my job box
On cyber Monday I decided to look for the Jetboil stove. Being new to Jetboil gear I did a google search to find out who's selling it at the best price with cyber Monday deals. Up comes a picture of the Jetboil stove under autoplicity. Great right? Wrong! It turns out the stove is not what they're selling. They put a picture of the Jetboil stove instead of what they are actually selling…. A small Jetboil water heating tool. Minutes after placing the order I showed a fellow RVer on where I found one in case he wanted one too as we had be talking about them. Thank goodness I did because he pointed out that they are misleading their customers. It's not the stove they are truly selling. I immediately placed a cancel my order request. The following morning I receive an email that they will be canceling my order and will email me back with an update but they failed to do so. I message them back and no reply. I also paid for expedited shipping because I thought I was buying a Jetboil stove and wanted it delivered to the Rv resort before I left. Now I don't know how to get my money back as I put the purchase under my affirm account and they told me to reach out to the supplier for a refund but they have yet to answer back to my email messages. This is not right what they are doing to their customers. Placing a false picture of a different item cannot be legal! Beware of what you are buying from this company! I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can about what they have done. Im attaching photos of the google search, plus the emails they sent me after my order.the last picture is what they are actually selling. That photo is not from their site. They are knowingly misrepresenting the item they are selling. Stop doing this to your customers!

Terrible company. Ordered (4) tires 3 weeks ago that were lost in shipment, then cancelled, then (2) finally arrived, then (2) wrong sized tires arrived, and then told the replacements are out of stock. Just a complete waste of time. I would be ashamed to have any sort of relationship with this company.
