Absolutely never use this site. I ordered a single history check and wound up with 4 months of charges without realizing it. When I contacted the company I was told that when you purchase a cheap report you are automatically enrolled in their monthly program and was only refunded the current $9.95 charge.

Good report for just a $1, as long as they don't charge me $19/mo. Didn't read where I agreed to that but will dispute it if they do. Otherwise, the report is what I needed to attach to rest of info to sell my car.

I was shocked to receive so much info for 1.00! I went online looking for features of a vehicle I wanted to buy, but instead got real peace of mind!

Great Service at a very good price. A check of 19 a month is less than CarFax one time. I recommend the service. The checklist is useful. When selling your private vehicle is is great to have the document produced by the company.

Knew everything within in a few minutes. Great peace of mind! Couldn't decide before the report. As soon as it finished I had no reservations!

What a low down rip off. Charging me $18.95 when told it was a dollar. This is a total sham. O so you want 100 words or more. Well here we go. Your such a low down, no good thieving company. Some day you will get yours. You asked for it. There is your hundred words $#*!

Super fast...

I thought it was good at first. The car I had checked on turned out to be a salvaged car. That was not picked up in their profile, nor was just about anything I thought I was paying for. Additionally, I ended up getting hit for a monthly fee that cost close to $20 per month for a couple of months before I caught it and HAD to call to cancel. It's a complete rip off.

I choose the $1.00 dollar payment. Somehow, my card was charged by 1 dollar and $18.95 more. I knew then they charged me that for the 3 months promotion and I was fine with that. Well, no. The next month I was charged again with another $18.95.
Customer service was so nice stopping payments but I ended up paying almost $40 dollars instead of $1.00 dollar.

By the way, the report did not include enough information to define why the VIN car title was "not actual mileage" in the car, and I had to pay for the report in other company again :(

Comprehensive and cheap. Mine came back 100% clean, but shed some light on a few areas to ask questions. Don't know the depth of information that's included if one of the areas comes back with a problem.

The results given to me are complete and accurate. I would recommend anyone wanting to know their vehicles past history to this online site. I'm completely satisfied with the results.

This was worth a dollar for all the information I was given but I was mainly interested if there were any recalls on this vehicle. I know there was one about a switch or something but it did not show up on this report. What else is missing? Now I see in other reviews they another $1895 was charged to their credit card. I will keep an eye on that. I do not authorize any other charges.

For $1.00 ( No False Advertising) I received exactly what I was looking for. The report included records of Accidents/Damage, Lien Records, Registration info, Stolen Status, True mkt value, junk/salvage info, flood damage, vehicle safety defects and more. Also has a Vehicle Inspection Checklist, which is helpful for me. Definitely would use this site again.

Intended to sign up for a $1.00 check, had issue with site, had to enter info again and during the process it switched what I wanted to buy to the full charge. Not cool. Make double sure what you are signing up for, because it was not clear at all.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I needed a quick & fast report for a vehicle that I am selling and I am so glad I chose this site. Everything I needed was in the report and best of all it really only cost me a dollar, WOW!

Report was good I guess, but the original ad for this site indicates its at no cost. Then when you go to download the report they ask for a $1.00, then when you sign up for the Free/$1.00 report your card is charged $18.95. I have used this service a few times but have not gone back to verify what was charged. I am going to go back and check my statements and if the $18.95 is listed I am going to request a refund. Not sure this is a way to gain and keep customers. I may even contact the BBB.
