Was really happy with everything once I ordered but again, I tried to get a hold of you guys multiple times by phone and email before ordering my running boards to confirm size and fit because I have a dually with a mega cab and never got one response, so that was a little disappointing. Hopefully they fit!🤷🏻

I had problems with ordering and never received any communication- found I was charged for 3 sets and later told two were out of stock! So why was I charged? Anyway one set has arrived and I am having them installed on Tuesday. I called and left a message and no one called me back and I received no notification of the out of stock items. Poor communication!

Tried to get the welcome10 discount when placing my order and I tried entering it several different ways. The site would not give it to me despite the banner!

The side visors fit ok but are half the size I normally get. the AVS hood Visor is plastic junk and was in a closed box but the plastic bag holding everything had been open. Thinking these are seconds. The hood deflector is cheap plastic and too thin and broke on installation as the corners are known weak spots. I have installed lots of these over the years but these are too cheaply made for anyone. EQ was fine but this product is junk. Not sure if anything can be done.

Have process a claim over 48hrs ago and counting, two voice messages , with no response.... this has tarnished a so far great experience....

Needing a timely delivery on this. Last week you claimed no availability. I had nearly ordered elsewhere. Communication seems a little fuzzy. Also paying a premium to support a CDN business. Please just advise re: the shipper and tracking number. Thanks.

Overall service was okay to good but my order shipped about a month late and I was only told my products were on back order when I called to see where my order was and why I hadn't received it. I called customer service several times and was always placed on hold for a minimum of 20 plus minutes which was a little frustrating but when I finally talked to a real person at customer service their service was very professional and prompt.

One of the side steps was damaged in the packaging huge sent on the bottom but no imperfections in the paint so the damage happened before it was painted and quality control didn't catch since it was on the bottom I decided to keep them as you can't see the damage unless you lie down

First time ordered not received product yet this would be better after received for a more accurate star ratings.

Good prices and website pretty easy to navigate extremely fast delivery. Only issue is I was shipped 2 wrong brackets for my running boards but that's on Westin not AutoEQ

Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect one, now I am in the process of trying to return for an exchange. Web site says you have cheaper shipping costs and will send a shipping label, so I am in the process of waiting for that. So far Ive had a good experience with customer service, and I am hopeful for a good outcome.

Selection of products and related questions to ensure proper fitment was helpful. The availability of products could have a more user friendly (instock) logo though.

Contacting customer service regarding my order was a two day event due to delays in getting email response. This delayed my order shipping by two business days so I received my order 7 business days after ordering.

I ordered two products from AutoEQ, a Retrax retractable tonneau cover and AVS wind/rain guards. The tonneau was fairly priced and arrived and installed without issue.

The AVS wind/rain guards arrived. They were installed on all four doors according to instructions. The driver's window guard does not seat properly and triggers the window auto stop function. The push in clips were dragged by the window into the door cavity. I submitted an online enquiry last week concerning how this can be corrected and addressed and followed up with a voice mail 3 days later after I received no response. Four days later I still have had no contact. Additionally, I have found the same product on competitor sites at a significantly lower cost. I would like this issue addressed immediately. Please have a representative call me at the number on file or email me.

Tracking the order was terrible. The dalivery company was not accessible. Did not meet delivery timeline.
You need to find a new delivery company . Loomis a d there customer service suck.
Try using the companies that Amazon uses.
