Easy ordering process. Website helps you choose your rack based on truck make and model to ensure the correct one is ordered. Delivery was fast and I was provided with a tracking number for progress on delivery. Overall great experience.
I ordered a tonneau cover and step bars No hesitation to charge my credit card right away, after 5 business days and 2 emails I get a response confirming the model of my truck. Then 2 and later I get a tracking number. After I received the tonneau cover I noticed the clip to buckle it closed is broken so I send an email with pictures and again no response. If you try to call customer service it doesn't even ring and goes straight to an automated voicemail.
Price was good, only half the order came took a few days to get ahold of someone who could help me, order was finally filled. They need someone answering the phone I left several voicemails along with emails etc. Called the HQ of the company and they transferred me to a Chrysler dealer in the Toronto area.
Was really happy with everything once I ordered but again, I tried to get a hold of you guys multiple times by phone and email before ordering my running boards to confirm size and fit because I have a dually with a mega cab and never got one response, so that was a little disappointing. Hopefully they fit!🤷🏻
I had problems with ordering and never received any communication- found I was charged for 3 sets and later told two were out of stock! So why was I charged? Anyway one set has arrived and I am having them installed on Tuesday. I called and left a message and no one called me back and I received no notification of the out of stock items. Poor communication!

Tonneau Cover for Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD
The side visors fit ok but are half the size I normally get. the AVS hood Visor is plastic junk and was in a closed box but the plastic bag holding everything had been open. Thinking these are seconds. The hood deflector is cheap plastic and too thin and broke on installation as the corners are known weak spots. I have installed lots of these over the years but these are too cheaply made for anyone. EQ was fine but this product is junk. Not sure if anything can be done.

Overall service was okay to good but my order shipped about a month late and I was only told my products were on back order when I called to see where my order was and why I hadn't received it. I called customer service several times and was always placed on hold for a minimum of 20 plus minutes which was a little frustrating but when I finally talked to a real person at customer service their service was very professional and prompt.
One of the side steps was damaged in the packaging huge sent on the bottom but no imperfections in the paint so the damage happened before it was painted and quality control didn't catch since it was on the bottom I decided to keep them as you can't see the damage unless you lie down

Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect one, now I am in the process of trying to return for an exchange. Web site says you have cheaper shipping costs and will send a shipping label, so I am in the process of waiting for that. So far Ive had a good experience with customer service, and I am hopeful for a good outcome.

Contacting customer service regarding my order was a two day event due to delays in getting email response. This delayed my order shipping by two business days so I received my order 7 business days after ordering.
I ordered two products from AutoEQ, a Retrax retractable tonneau cover and AVS wind/rain guards. The tonneau was fairly priced and arrived and installed without issue.
The AVS wind/rain guards arrived. They were installed on all four doors according to instructions. The driver's window guard does not seat properly and triggers the window auto stop function. The push in clips were dragged by the window into the door cavity. I submitted an online enquiry last week concerning how this can be corrected and addressed and followed up with a voice mail 3 days later after I received no response. Four days later I still have had no contact. Additionally, I have found the same product on competitor sites at a significantly lower cost. I would like this issue addressed immediately. Please have a representative call me at the number on file or email me.

I have received my cover in one piece but was unaware that some cutting adjustments were required for the plastic bedliner of my Ram truck.
Your ability to update quality never worked from either the website, or the view cart. I had to repeatedly remove the item and readd it instead of " updating " the cart. The View cart also didn't have an " Update quality " button.
