These guys are awesome. They truly went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. My dad is 100% disabled and they went out of their way to make sure that our home was accessible to him and he was able to have his freedom and mobility again. The guys they sent out to the house were very pleasant, professional, and also went out of their way to make sure that everything was done properly. I honestly can't say enough good stuff about this company. I would absolutely never hesitate to use them again in the future. If only more companies treated their customers the way this company does. They truly honor and respect our military veterans and go above and beyond for them.

I had to listen to a recording for way too long and then still put on hold - and it keeps telling me to get on line and take care of what I need - does anyone work? And by the way, on hold now for 15 minutes and still no human on the other end

Medicare and my insurance was charged and they also charged my credit card therefore they were paid twice. Been waiting for over 7 weeks for my refund. Calling them multi times requesting to speak with a supervisor unable to speak with one each time I asked. I changed company and I advise everyone to stay away from this company,

Quikaid is a great company, and I enjoy working here. The focus is always on the client and doing what is in his or her best interest. There aren't a lot of companies that can make that claim, and I'm honored to work for one that can.

Complaint - March 2024: Do not buy a Golden lift recliner if you need it to work right away. We recently purchased an expensive Golden model through Liftchair.com, received it last Tuesday, it didn't function (even after extensive troubleshooting), and Golden has been completely unapologetic and slow to make things right. They initially sent the wrong replacement handset and then sent us the correct one via a slow shipping method (still not received) just to save a few bucks - and all the while, a family member hasn't been able to use the chair for the needed physical and medical reasons. So it's been a week now and we still don't know if the chair will function, plus there are no refunds (only replacement parts and/or repair technicians sent at their leisure) once you open the box. Buyer beware with Golden!

I have ordered product that they put in wrong on there website but instead of them emailing me to say they don't have the product once I realise a month down the line I don't have it I have to email them for them to say they don't have the item and it was mistake no communication or apology from them nd instead of ordering the different one I asked for they took over a week to reply which led to that one also being out of stock made it really difficult to get a refund nd wouldn't apologise or give details of complaints procedure if another place in UK sold the products I wanted I would avoid this place all together. Poor customer care and service don't make the effort to amend errors or even apologise for there mess up and inability to update there website.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs not worse the stress of having to spend weeks getting refund when they mess up your order and don't even communicate it till you contact them money making is only things they intrested in

Products used:
Non never received item or communication from team over month until I email them to be told they don't have product to sell.

Kevin Dugan was a social security disability judge for many years. Now as a disability attorney he assists individuals in appealing denials to a judge. I've spoken with many of his clients and they rave about his services. I highly recommend his services.

"We'll tell you something when we are good and ready. Now sit down and wait." This is the message in so many words. Calls to Social Security take an hour plus to be answered. The representative can get no information from processing they can't call only message. I have been quoted 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, 45 business days for an answer. No answer has been received. They are holding back my money and they won't say why and they just do not give a damn.

Do what they are employed to do.

Visual schedules for teachers of children with special needs - this website is nice because it has picture schedules for children with autism or developmental disabilities. You can print out generic pictures and sequences such as for toileting, brushing teeth, crossing the street, etc. I actually went ahead and purchased the $49.95 make a schedule yearlong desktop program, which will come in handy (and it comes in spanish) though i believe the price was steep for just a year. I think the whole website is useful though i don't like the fact that i have to click around so much to find what i need.
