To whom it may concern, please find information regarding a possible upcoming insurance claim involving medical negligence. Patient was left undiagnosed after he had a clear previous injury then discharged without a accurate diagnosis, treatment plan, And or followups whilst in QLD AU 2007 to 2013. Had shoulder pain in 90 percent of his duration whilst living in Brisbane QLD from 2007 to 2013 and was sent home to NZ untreated after seeking a remedy from Redlands Hospital in around 2008 to 2010. The patient then engaged the medical services of: 1.The Wondall Roundabaout Medical centre. 210 Preston Rd, Manly West QLD 4179, Australia. 2.The Redlands Brisbane QLD Hospital Scans and imaging services. Weippin Street, Cleveland Phone:(07) 3488 3111 From 2008 to 2013 to attempt to treat the pain in the right shoulder. The injury history is near 18 years living with a right shoulder injury dating from 2005 to 2022 in NZ and AU. It is proven that when the patient sought advice over the Right Shoulder Pain in Brisbane in 2008 to 2013 from the Wondall Roundabaout Medical centre/Redlands Hospital Imaging QLD Brisbane that they failed to provide a professional medical service in a number of areas: 1.Did not Properly Advise the medical patient over his shoulder pain and condition. 2.Did not do any followups on the shoulder pain. 3.Did not offer a referral to the patient to a shoulder bone and joint specialist (Orthopedics) as they should have. 4.Did not offer to the patient any specialised scans = MRI, instead offered a substandard scanning service. 5.Did not offer an accurate or professional way for the health system to design a effective treatment plan for the patient and his right shoulder problem in 2007 to 2013 in Brisbane QLD. 6.Did not inquire about the history of the right shoulder injury to the patient (Thirdparty). 7.Did not offer any pain relief and or way to relieve the right shoulder pain to the patient from 2008 to 2013 whilst the patient was covered by QLD indemnity health insurance when the patient returned to NZ. 8.The patient was told to return to work and was required to undergo ongoing pain to the right shoulder carrying out work duties unsuited to this type of injury from 2008 to 2013 in Brisbane QLD AU. 9.At no stage was the advice of a specialist = orthopedic surgeon sought from Redlands Hospital QLD Brisbane and Wondall Roundabout Medical centre over the patients shoulder pain from 2008 to 2013. The patient did his due process by attending into the Wondall Medical Centre and Redlands Hospital Imaging outpatients appt reporting his shoulder problem and pain during his stay in Brisbane from 2007 to 2013. Surgery for repair may occur in early 2023 within NZ. I give this information to the best of my knowledge and submit this as truthful statements regarding the right shoulder injury and treatment received in Brisbane QLD AU.

The Australia is a government has implemented an "all in one" site for all federal government departments that the public has to deal with for most issues relating to the general public which in a nutshell is a "big brother is watching". The Australian government is also always comprised of a bunch of self centered bludgers in a "mates club" that impose draconian and dictatorship laws and policies and decisions that are not looking after the long multiple generation Australians and the indigenous population, but selling out to big business and power!
