Claim Your BusinessI own a local restaurant in Alhambra, CA. I needed a refrigerated Chef Base but I don't have the funds. I decided to take a risk with a used one and bought from Austin Biz Mart. That was 6 months ago. It's still working fine and I am glad that the owners are always available whenever I email to ask something. I also got a discount offer on my next purchase with no validity limit. I can buy another item 10 years from now and they promise to still honor their offer. Thanks.

Thanks.
I just bought a Floor Burnisher, it's almost $1,000.00. It is a used janitorial equipment. This is officially the most expensive item I have ever purchased online.
1) The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. When Robert Iverson, the owner of the company, offered to send me videos of the product I was checking out, he showed me the whole product. He even talked about the damages the product had. That was a surprise to me. At least I knew what I was getting from the get go.
When it was delivered to me, it was better. I guess Robert decided to underpromise and overdeliver.
2) Communication
Robert was always available for questions. He was very straightforward and very honest. Since he was selling used items, it was natural that there were things he didn't know about the product like how "exactly" the previous owner used it. He gave everything he knew and admitted everything he didn't know.
3) Price
It was just the right amount for its quality. Actually, it's better. I feel it was a trade deal which, in the end, is what matters.
4) Website
If there is anything I would suggest, it would for them to put a video of all their products. They have customers from different states and not everyone can personally go to their warehouse to check out the item. Seeing the product on video, in detail, and watching it work would give consumers more confidence.
I've done business with Austin Bizmart twice already. First, I bought metal chairs and tables. For $250, it was well worth its price. The item was almost as good as new. The owner also gave me a good business advice. I own a carwash and auto repair shop. He said I should try and sell food and drink for customers waiting for their cars. It would give me additional revenue... and it has been making money.
I ordered a tire changer after thee months and got the same results. The product was better than they described it. They underpromise and over deliver.
If I have any issue, it would be their shipping cost. I wish they could give it for free for high priced items.
