This is one of the worse companies in security you can work for. Their unfair, unjust, low grade paying, so if you up for a raise you gone get the lowest pay they offer at that site, unfair, if you have been there awhile and you have a vacation, you're not going to get the option of having a vacation, they're going to just pay you off without you getting a vacation.
All the supervisors have their faves so you will be treated as such a person with no morals or values. For instance, you ask for overtime over and over but can't get it. Instead you get a text saying, "OT will be illuminated." So, you go to work the next day and the person says, "Oh this is overtime for me." You say," I thought they weren't giving away anymore OT." They say, " Well I don't know but I got over 40 hours this week because they called me for OT!" You like what the what? They make you sit in 100° weather with hot pants and a hot shirt on with no supply of water. You out of luck if you bring water and run out, cause now the clients don't want you drinking their water. So, you can die and/or have a heat stroke because of these 2 entities being selfish and noncaring of who works for them and the conditions they work in. Be careful of golf cart duties where there is no inside for you to go sit when it rains, sleet, and snow cause you are not allowed to sit in your car and there's usually no company car you can sit in. So you just sit out there and collect a virus of some type because they could care less for you being sick or not. This one lady told me she had her friend work for them. She was an older lady. She needed to get some food and she was sickly. She told the supervisors. They had her at one of those facilities with no inside. So you have to go to a nasty gas station to use the restroom every time and there was no access to a water fountain or vending machine anywhere. The lady end up getting sick, had to be rushed to the hospital for her sickness, and ended up dying in that hospital. That lady was a good worker and Allied did nothing for her family or her period. No condolences or nothing. Do you hear me? This lady's friend died from negligence of her job and THEY COULD'VE CARED LESS! Please be careful when searching for Jobs here. Especially commissioned. Put my life on the line for their clients and they barely wanna give you WATER TO HYDRATE!
