I booked my car into Audi Cheltenham to have an issue with my power adjusted steering wheel checked, £60 and thought this was a fair price, HOWEVER all they did was give me a massive list of other faults on my car that it wasn't booked in for, all I wanted them to do, was inspect and check the issue with the steering, but instead gave my car a full check which wasn't required as it passed its MOT the previous day, Will never take my car to Audi Cheltenham again. It was fixed elsewhere for £45.

Audi's website is probably the worst website I have ever seen! It always errors out and never works appropriately! We spent a lot of money on a vehicle to have horrible access to the website!

Marshalls Audi Bexley Uk. Sells used / new cars but when the cars develop issues, the dealership is not interested and Audi Uk are useless and not interested in protect its brand nor its customers nor punish the dealers nor fix the customer cars. DO NOT BIY AN AUDI IN UK

I was so happy that i got my A3 a few years ago. But now I can't wait to get rid of it. The car needs maintenance all the time. Something is always going wrong. At the moment the break light is not working. Actually it does but the car says its not. Not even Audi can determine whats wrong with it. The Audi garages are the worse. Horrible service and very expensive. Stay away from Audi s altogether

My car keeps breaking down. Their service is non existent. The garages can't solve the electric issues so we need to take it to Audi garages all the time. They charge a fortune and the issues keep coming back. Horrible company

5 Dock Audi Sydney cheated and lied to us as we bought the new Audi Q7 through carquote.net.au. They lied as the contract stated we will be in their Corporate Program. Nonetheless, no follow up - nothing has been done after the first service in the Sunshine Coast Audi Centre - then we knew that we were not in their program. As we try to contact them, they did not reply our email. During the process, we tried to contact Audi Customer Care Centre, NO ONE WANTS TO KNOW US - is this what we call customer service?
Well, as far as we are concerned, so many wrong doings and no one can do any remedy work after the sale.
