“This website was terrible...”

This website was terrible... not secure... cancelled my credit card # after I mistakenly ordered uggs from them. They are located in China. The 'uggs' did come in and they were the worst looking fakes ever! (and most uncomfortable!) They had black inkspots all over the lining! They didn't even send a confirmation # or tracking # after I ordered. I can't return them as I don't understand Chinese (on the label) AND it would probably cost too much so as to not make it worth it. It was a HORRIBLE experience.
