I had been using a body lotion for several years but they changed the ingredients and now I had a bad reaction to the latest purchase. I noticed the label on the lotion was different from the list on their website. It is also different from the EWG site. I tried to contact the company but the person who called me at 6:30 AM wanted to argue with me on why they could change the ingredients and not list it on the site. She would not stop talking so I could tell her my concerns. She was rude and unprofessional. I will never purchase here again and not recommend them or their customer service. If you are looking for healthy products, this is not the place.

My wife purchase 6 tubes of toothpaste. She tried it and felt a very warm and foamy reaction. She complained and was told there no refunds regardless of customer dissatisfaction UNLESS the company decides if it may be defective. She decided to leave a review on their website. It was screened by them. They sent her a survey asking her about her experience with the product. After her input, she was reminded for the 3rd time that no one gets a refund but in this one case they offered a store credit. Well, my wife accepted it. She tried to use it but the website cart kept jumping around. They apologized saying they had a few technical problems. Suddenly it was working. If over $60 you get free shipping. When she had the cart at $61.47, they cart displayed a message to add 2 more items to unlock free shipping!
We went BBB to complain. Their comments were condescending and after 2 or 3 rounds on BBB they finally said their technical problems included the message to add additional items to unlock shipping. Oh, by the way, after 3 weeks her review is yet to be posted. They obviously screen negative reviews to undermine prospective customers confidence. I added a screen shot to show when I built an order for $70 the same comment to add 2 more items to unlock free shipping. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Have had nothing but issues with them from paying for items and not receiving to their site screwing up an order and reaching out immediately after the confirmation that the order was placed for them to change it and wouldn't change because of some no return policy but it was SECONDS! AFTER ORDERING! So it wasn't an exchange I was looking for them to fix it to get the larger sizes that I had put in my cart that their site switched!
The best was them saying my items were delivered but they messed up the address and tried blaming me when I had all of it screen shot and it clearly had my correct address! Terrible company terrible policies their unscented items were the only reason I dealt with their screw ups so many times before deciding to not lose anymore $$$ due to their lousy customer service! Don't waste your time your energy or money on this company!

So, I have been finding out about all the garbage that's put in just about everything we humans lay our hands on. In searching ewg.org for some safer toiletry, bath, body, haircare and household products, I found Attitude Living products. Much of what they have is completely safe and healthy for humans, as well as our environment.
They offer a decent variety of bath, body and haircare products. Their body wash and shower gel smells so good and makes your skin feel refreshed. The shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair is good as well. Have used their dish washing liquid as well as their very nice fabric softener.

Ordered a variety of products (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, body lotion, deodorant, sunscreen) for my sensitive skin. I love that they are not doused in perfume and chemicals like everything else on the market. The price of the items are very reasonable too! Love everything that I received, and customer service was fantastic.
