AT&T on Monument Rd in Jacksonville has the best customer service and the most friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great prices will save you so much!
Be careful with at&t it is not below to do under handed and shady business practices. They don't care for the time they waste. They take all your information down send out a sim card that can't be activated. Most there agents are rude as hell. Think twice before u try to do business they are crooks. I have recordings, email, the package they sent out, and "sim card" in my Possession. The phone below is the numbers for At&t. I was told they could do a call back. I declined 5 mins the customer service agent just hung up on me.
I receive dozens of spam calls and frequently call them back. The number I call is often an out of service number. (I am well aware that the numbers are being "spoofed".) It would be very easy for AT&T to intercept calls to their customers that come from non-existent numbers and not deliver them.
Note that, in general, I am very happy with the service provided by AT&T.

I just got off the phone with Rick out of Oklahoma. This guy exemplifies CUSTOMER SERVICE for AT&T. He was very very helpful with my situation. I want Rick to know the level of stress he took from me with his professional attitude and mild manners. He listened and understood what Edwin (the scammer) did to me with his total mishandling of my phones. Thank you Rick. Way to go sir!
When I called AT&T to ask for help, the people on the line kept transferring me to different people. It seemed like those people didn't want to work or help me with my problem at all. I had to call back several times, until I got to Denzel Boyd. He was very nice, patient, and helped me with my issue. I really wish that AT&T had more people like him.
I was totally deceived by the sales rep at the AT&T store. I was told my bill would be one price, but when the bill came it was significantly higher, like $80 higher. The guy flat out scammed me. These people have morality. In the midst of a pandemic they are out here scamming the public. BEWARE! This company practices deceptive sale tactics, and should be charged criminally.
Do not trust any promotion by at &t. I have been with t mobile for fourteen years. I met a promion agent at Fred Mayer and told me i will get the same service with less monthly bill. I have trusted him and signed the promotion. But my bill went up by over 100$. Every time i call they tell ro wait for next bill.the payment is increasing against their promise. So I advice every one not to trust their promotions.
We have the AT&T 5G in home, wireless internet and television service. It is a total waste of money. All we get most of the time when we are trying to watch a program or movie is the blue circle of death. Around and around it goes while the picture freezes for up to 5 minutes. And this happens every minute or so, often sooner. I cannot say I hate this service with any more venom than this. I can't wait for Comcast to become available where we live and AT&T will be history.
I was very pleased with the outstanding service I received from the Manager (Daniel) there at AT&T. He was polite, friendly, helpful and very ademit with his work skills. He was attentive
And kind with helping me in getting me whatever I needed to start up service with AT&T. I was extremely satisfied with the atmosphere and warmth he brought there. I was also super happy knowing that AT&T was going to be the right choice for me and family. Thank you Daniel For your hard work and efforts! You did great Thank you!
They fixed my issues with internet quite fast, quite a reliable company, especially when things go south, would recommend them.
I am so frustrated with AT&T's CC. If you are deaf or hard of hearing it's a real problem. It often skips over what's being said, that is difficult to understand, and frequently just gives you jibberish! It is an insult to those of us who are hard of hearing. It just shows that they don't really care about assisting the deaf or hard of hearing; we obviously don't matter.
After trying to reach the ATT store nearest where I live to no avail, I went to the store. Once there I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted at the door and met with Tarrence Burch, Jr. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I also spoke with Larry, the manager/assistant manager (I'm not sure which) to let him know how impressed I was with Tarrence. It is not often that you find someone that is truly the kind of person ATT wants to serve as a representative.
So thus far, att has been my preferred carrier. I've tried them all T-Mobile, Verizon and etc... But att is always handing you gigs like a boss. Love the new roll over feature. Thanks
The very best. I'm good to go. Nice work on your AT&T. It's the perfect solution for our business. Absolutely wonderful!
Me and my family has used AT&T since I was a little kid. I generally like it. Not the worst company.
I must say, I have been with ATT for about 15 years. In the beginning, it was so easy to get a free phone and a two year contract. Now there are no contracts but you pay for the phone. I believe the phone cost more than the contract. So they making money. My bill each mouth is way over a $100 for one line. But it is what it is...
Bought their device early this year, I must confess, there mobile device has a very strong battery that last for quite a long time, but honestly, in terms of network service, they really need to improve in the area of network, aside that. I love their product.
I think that AT&T is a little pricey, not a whole lot on their services, but its really just preference and which carrier you like more.
I just have my unlimited choice plan. Im happy with AT&T. I like the price and service and also the fact I get a good discount on Direct TV. Theyve been good to me.
Even on a discount I pay $100 a month for 450 minutes and 22gigz of data. Their service is always good compared to others. Meh..
So basically at AT&T.com you have access to lots of stuff. One reason is that you can chat with the agents that work there and they are really nice. Second reason you have lots of choices and they are cheap than some companies.
Chose this one for being one of the most popular at the location I was at that moment. The service providers are more or less the same now as for me. Quite the same plans, the same amounts of services given etc. It works, it doesnt fail much - so thats okay for me.
Recommended for all to use. Especially for travelers from outside the United States of America this Sim Card without a contract is easy...
AT&T Inc. is an American multinational telecommunications corporation, headquartered at Whitacre Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas. This company has to provide the information about the companies. I've had At&t for many years. I'm still on their unlimited data plan. I moved and it's now been almost 4 months and still no service.
I know a lot of people hate AT&T, but I get my Internet at home from them -- I pay $14 per month for 4 mbps DSL. No strings attached. No land-line needed. I just had to buy a $100 modem. This was in contrast to Comcast who charged me $35/mo. I have not had any egregious customer service issues yet and my internet has never gone down. I really can't complain, and I feel like I'm getting a deal (note: I do not use AT&T for mobile phone service).
AT&T customer service nightmare. I have been trying for the last week and 1/2 to unlock our phones so we can move to another carrier. After being given incorrect information by multiple representatives and basically hung up on, I think I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. My first call to AT&T was 3 days after I submitted the request to unlock my 4 phones. I spent about an hours on the phone with the first representative who disconnected my wife phone service while we were taking. I explained to her that we wanted the phones unlocked first and will disconnect service once we have the service up and going with the new carrier. She reconnected my wife's phone service after an hour and she assured me that the phones will be unlocked and she just needed to transfer me to another department to do that. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up and tried to call back. When I called back, everything was closed. I called back the next day and spoke with another representative and he told me he would escalate the case and send another request in to unlock the phone and we should received emails letting us know regarding the disconnection. I received several emails but the emails instructed us to log into AT&T website and resubmit the unlocked request which we did. Waited again until the next day and called AT&T again. Spoke with another representative and told her I had spoken to a representative the day before and the representative told me that he submitted our unlock request but I have not received additional information about unlocking our phones. At that point, she told me that the reason we were not able to unlock the phone was because of our contract. There is a fee to disconnect. I paid the disconnection fee and was told I had to go online again to submit the unlock request. Again, I followed the instructions to submit the request. After a few hours, I received a notification that we had submitted too many unlock request. Again, I called customer service and spoke to another representative. She assured me that she will take care of the issues and submit the unlock request on our behalf and it takes up to 72 hours but we should received some type of confirmation before that. I waited but got nothing. With my frustration mounting, I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor sent another escalated ticket to hopefully resolved the issues. I received 3 emails from AT&T saying that 2 out of the 3 remaining phones will be unlocked within the next 24 hours. The 3rd phones had issues because the information provided is incorrect. I am now on the phone again for about 35 minutes now trying to get AT&T to resolve this issue.
I guess that AT&T have many customers and therefore have many employees working for AT&T. That's a good thing that they are employing so many people. My issue is that no one was able to take charge and take care of my issues after I have called in a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time. In this day and age of technology, sending an issues ticket to someone else to resolve an issues is the norm but I think that is a big problem. There is no follow-up with the customers to make sure that the problems have been solved. It should not take over a week to have my phones unlocked. It should take but minutes if the right information is provided to the customers. I know this sounds crazy but, why can't I be connected to a person that can actually resolved my issues and make sure that the issues is resolved while I am having a conversation with that person on the phone?
AT& T is doing a good job with customer service. The only thing is we seem to get a lot of bills from them. We have two separate bills for our business and one for home, I wish they would have one bill for business but they said they cannot. We received our $100 Visa rebate from them with no hassles.
