Easy to set up, super comfortable. For the price, it's fantastic. The stitching looks like a 3rd grader did it in some parts, but I guess that's what sheets are for?

I contacted other mattress companies and they never called or emailed me back. Winkbeds did immediately. I liked the service so much I ordered one. It arrived and I slept on it for a month and a half and it was just too soft. I emailed them and thought, "ok here we go". BUT, they sent me the next firm bed BEFORE they even took the other mattress back! Talk about customer service. Then they picked up the old mattress in about a week. Don't bother with the others this company is the best.

While it looks like a small place, Aventura Mattress has great inventory. More types of pillows than any other store. Tanya is so knowledgeable and helpful. She understands sleeping comfort better than anyone.

We also love the free pillows,, i called Leesa talked to a very nice lady( Kaitlin) she was very helpful told her how we loved the free pillows and wanted to buy king size just like them but ya'll only have the standard>>>>>> Darn! We have tried foam before and still prefer down! Other than that all is good LOVE THE MATTRESS!

Value for money is indeed great in this store. I ordered this table to organize my working space and I am really delighted. It has a shelf and a drawer where I can keep my belongins needed to do my job. Highly recommended for someone who likes minimalist and stylish things.

Great quality bed especially for the price! This is our second on we have purchased for our home in the past 2 years. Shipping was delayed this time FedEx misplaced one of the big boxes. Easy to put together and use. We will probably end up purchasing another one for our other daughter during the next big sale.

Easy to use, very comfortable, many options. Only criticisms: my mattress did not come with adjustment cards or instructions, I had to go online to figure out what layer order I needed. I also don't notice the cooling gel doing anything even as a top layer because it lays under the outer cover/ pillow top, so I sleep very hot. Other than that, it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. It's the only customizable nail- order mattress, no need to try it out ahead of time.
