I purchased some shoes that were not quite like the shoes pictures on the website. They were boots that did not have a seam down the middle on the site, but had a seam down the middle when I got them and I just did not like the look. I returned them through my local post office with delivery confirmation or as much confirmation I could get considering where I was shipping to. I never received a refund and was told that the shoes were never received. I tried sending the confirmation that I received from the post office to the company on many occasions. This was in July of last year, and I never received a refund and I stopped get responses to my email. While the amount was under $200.00, I did not like the idea of being taken advantage of.

I love the site. I never experience such service before. I can choose from stars. Brilliant! It helped me a lot when I am a fan of Jennifer Lopez. I can easily pick up my style. And the style is definitely same as the original. But guess what? The price is only one third!

The rest of the website are pretty good, the price is the main reason for me to buy from them. The quality is as stated, hand crafted. The delivery time is not so long. I only takes 5 days to receive them.
The reason for 5 stars comes from their customer support. I kept asking questions and they were very friendly and responed quickly.

They asked me to write a review about their service. And Here I am.
The shoes I received didn't fit and they changed them for me freely. This is pretty good. But all their shoes are hand made and need at least 5 days to complete. People who want the shoes quickly need to find other stores.

I really love the site. The shoes are great and got a lot of compliments. The price of the site is pretty good. I can't wait to buy another pair from them again.
