Like every other reviewer listed, I ordered an item that never showed up. I received an order confirmation and that is it. Attempts to contact via their support email are bounced back because their servers are not configured appropriately (if they even have them set up at all), and attempts to contact via the form supplied on the website have gone unanswered. I'm out $60 and a Christmas present for my sister. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Don't use the site, period.
Based on my own experience and all the customer comments on this website, this company sold items for Christmas and then stopped all customer service. They do not return emails, have no phone number to call, and now have both the product I returned to them AND my money, as they won't issue a refund. The BBB in Phoenix is working on my case and others. Stay away!

I paid $60 for a pair of Chuck Taylors with Slayer print on them. After about 6 weeks or so they finally came in. 1) They came from China 2)LOW LOW LOOOOW quality shoes 3) They did not fit. When I emailed them back about the shoes I never received a response. Stay away from this "company".
I ordered an item from their website and my credit card was charged. Soon after, I received a tracking number and that is all. I contacted customer service several times and noone answered me. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
Company advertises great products but doesn't deliver. Ordered a gift well ahead of time for Xmas delivery. Ive tried multiple times to contact company on status on order no response. No phone number listed. Was given a tracking number but whn i look up the tracking number is only says "orgin post is preparing shipment" since the beginning of the month.
