Ordered on 12/7, expressed delivery of 5-8 business days. Well that never came, sent them an email - Got a customer service rep who wrote me, they were nice, but said it was being held up in customs... 2 weeks later says the package on the way. 1/15 still no package. STAY FAR AWAY.

Ordered spider in box before thanks giving, now half-way thru January, and not product. I sent 2 emails and no response.
Do not order the prank box! Its garbage and very poorly made. They sent me the wrong one and will not answer my email. I opened a case with paypal.

Worst experience with a online company on Facebook! Ordered Spider now Dec 3rd it is the 22nd and only response I got back after sending messages the last 2 weeks was it was shipped but may be held up in customs maybe because there is a spider in the box. They still haven't responded as to who is shipping it. Same on you Facebook for allowing the rip off company on your site. I will get a refund threw my credit card company for fraud and false promises of 10-15 days shipping and no response back till 21 days after order. I guess he needs the $22.00 more then me. Dont order from these guys!' :(
SCAM! I ordered a product from them in the beginning of Dec 2018. I paid an extra $15 for expedited shipping of 5-7 days (since the other option was 30 days) because I wanted it before Christmas. Not only did I not receive the product till Jan 12th 2019, but then it arrived broken (by the way... it was the cheapest made thing I have ever seen). I have tried to email them 4 times now for a refund (at least for the shipping if anything). I have yet to receive a response from any of the two emails their site provides as "customer service". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I bought one of the prank boxes. The picture showed a quality box. I bought two at $15 ea.
I was sent the cheap, poorly made $2.00 versions.
Domain opened just a few weeks ago in Canada. Ordered a trick box ( spider pops out). Was to have shipped in 3 days, ordered two weeks ago, company does not respond to e-mails (4) or to PayPal. Highly suspicious.
I ordered the first part of Dec 2018, Still waiting on Feb 13,2019. Sent three emails with no response. I'd give them a 0 if possible.
Same as everyone else's review. They do not respond to email nor paypal. This is a complete SCAM!
Took forever and sent a dodgy item, absolute SCAM... DO NOT BUY FROM DODGY CHINESE, I ordered the Spider prank and ended up getting a worm in a broken box WTF
