Almost one month back I had ordered orange juice and was delivered some other flavoured juice with puffed package. Even after contacting their customer service immediately the product was not exchanged. After contacting their customer service several times the only response provided was'I am sorry for the inconvenience, will escalate your problem'. It seems that they just don't care about the customers once payment has been made. If you cannot provide services you should shut office and stop fooling customers. Worst experience ever. Never will I be using their service again.

I ordered a product and another product was sent. As I was not avaiable at home at the time of delivery, they just delivered the wrong products. The customer support answers are horrible. Govt should ban such sites from fooling ppl. They say no question asked return policy in the site which is fake. I am just asking for the product for which i paid money and they are refusing to replace it.

Worse online ecommerce service I have seen as is askmegrocery.com. First they came with incomplete order for delivery at home and that too with a payment note although I had already made full online payment through payumoney. They couldn't trace the details even so had to refuse to accept the delivery. Then after recording complaint no action till date although 6 days has goen into it. What bad one can expect? My payment doesn't know where it has gone?

I received the 500 rupee coupons along with the sodexo pass it has validity upto July 2016 I tried to use it but it says used or expired hence I raised this issue to Askme team they said coupons scheme no more valid for them, the very next day I got pop up of 10 % dist coupon I tried to use it same responce I received. However the pop up led me to Askmegrocery site only.
Such a fake.
I ordered almonds from them and when I soaked them in water, it turned like glue indicating bad quality. I complained and one nitish Kumar said that I should have complained within 72 hours and now they can't do anything. I asked him to put his senior on line but he said no and told me to do anything I can even complain online as they won't take it back. I have ordered many times from them and if this is how they behave to an old customer than you can imagine what they would do to new customers. If you value your health, don't ever buy any food products from them as it could be poisonous.
I received a Sodexo booklet for the month of May 2016, in which i have received a Gift voucher of Rs 500/- and the validity was given as 10th July 2016. When i tried for coupon code SMP7 it is showing a pop-up of "coupon code in valid or Expired". Askme grocery.com portrays them self as "The BAAP of all Grocery" but the right line for them could be "The BAAP of all Frauds. I wonder how such big organization like SODEXO do a venture with such fraud start-up.

Goods delivered with in 2-3hrs... so iam very happy to purchase from askme grocery
The remedial action by askme bazaar on my complaint of- "Goods not delivered and when delivered, asking for cod although paid online" hasn't been done till date.
It's nearly 15 days and they are not bothered to refund the money I have paid through payumoney, neither my order completed. Best of luck if they could survive for even an year with this kind of service!
My humble request with all of the customer do not order anything from this company.
The Supervisors are good for nothing. They do not know how to handle a complaint. I am chasing for my refund from last one month. And there is no one to assit.

You people cant take care of your app then why you are operating and saying that stock is not available is not an excuse if you guys dont have refined oil, aata, salt, all basic things then what do you have.

Worst service worst support staff
Everytime i order at askme to avail discount offers it always cancelled my order and same reason everytime "out of stock out of stock" all bull$#*! after that same day i order without discount nd it delivered. Cheap tricks i recommend never order from it dont waste your time
Totally fake business, no toll free number for customer support service, maximum products are unavailable yet are advertised, BEST OFFER PRICE WHICH IS CAUGHT BY A CUSTOMER, IS SNATCHED BY THE DELIVARY BOY, customer care is not friendly also, have me proof, so repeated customer dissatisfaction.

Can you please ask your employee what order he bought at my house. He bought few packets of biscuits and said half of my order is not in in stock. After 3 days you are telling you are listing products on your website without checking your stock.

I ordered in the morning and I received all the messages but they didn't gave us a confirmation message. We didn't take any action bcz sometimes it happens that they don't give a call but delivers the order. We didn't took any action bcz we thought that they'll deliver the order with in 6hrs according to their promise given after order. After 6hrs when we called them to ask why they didn't deliver the order instead of giving the reason they said that what had happened forget that and make us note ur order again. There server is so slow that it took half an hour to just note our order. After that they asked for our email-id and phone no. We gave them our phone no. And email-id. Then we told them the coupon code which we used when we ordered in the morning. They said that the coupon code is expired. We said them that in the morning we used the same coupon but they refused to give us discount. Then we said them that plz make us contact with ur senior, they told us to hold and then after 15min their senior came on the phone and started apolozining and all that. Ultimately we didn't got any discount and even they didn't placed our order and also our phone bill came of RS35.25. I request all of u that never ever shop from askmegrocery.
