As many reviewers, I too was enticed by their product prices. I asked a quote for an e-drum kit -- roland td30kv, unfortunately I didn't do much background check and I fell for their scam. I assumed the supplier were direct from factory since their "remitting bank" was also from Japan, where the product is manufactured. I thought it would be a business opportunity for me to start a relationship with this supplier. They then claimed the import/export tax is way too high in Japan, so they referred me to their China branch which "cost" way less to none on tax, but they only accept 2 unit orders, therefore asking for more money. Of course I declined sensing the scam and demanded ship my order first then I'll order more. After 90+ email exchanges, reporting the scam to their banks, they got my money (USD 1500).

Do not make purchases on this site
Kim labs has no intention of fulfilling any order you place. After you place an order, they will e mail you with the price plus shipping. After you pay via Money Gram or Western Union, they will contact you and say they can't deliver until you pay more for 'customs' charges, or until you increase your order size, or that they didn't realize that your location was more expensive to ship to - anything to get more money from the 'dumb' American. They change their story over & over, but refuse to ship your order until you send more money. They start polite, urging you to send hundreds of $ more, then get pushy & nasty. Don't be tempted to order you will just lose your money. I suspect that all of Asian Products or at least most have similar scams going.

They scammed me over 500 bucks don't order from them

Everything about Pt. Tompela Sich Optic is big lie. They lure you with the best optical equipments with colored photos and low prices of their products but beware.
The contact person, Hasola Molask is a scammer responds initially to your inquiry by email. Try to call him on the phone posted on the site and you will find that it is none-existing. Try to google map or bing map the company, Pt. Tompela Sich Optic in Malaysia and you will find nothing. Even the shop address is nowhere to be found.
This site's modus is headed by a scammer named Hasola Molask. After contacting you by email and confirming your order, he will ask you to send money ONLY thru bank transfer and you will have no other options. Hasola Molask will tell you to deposit 30% of the total amount to an account in another country, Indonesia. This bank will be in another name, Reno Asmasubrata. Hasola Molask will give you a tracking number for your order but the courier company will show that your order is ON HOLD. Of course, seeing your order on hold, you will be enticed to send the 70% balance. Once you send all of your money, goodbye to your green bucks and your order. Emails from Hasola Molask will therefore stop. That's it... you are now added to their victims.
I called the bank, Bank Central Asia in Indonesia, got the contact number of Reno Asmasubrata and called him but hangs up. I called the bank the next day but the money is already withdrawn empty.
The day after I reported this scam to the mother website, Asia Products but they told me that they can't help me contact their member much less to refund my money. I even requested to remove the site of Pt. Tompela Sich Optic but they also did not respond to my emails anymore.
My advice, call the bank and ask for the bank details which the scammer will give you. This is the ONLY TRUTH in his operation because he will not give you an account which he cannot have access of.
Get also the suspected scammer's contact numbers (mobile, home and office) office or company address and do call them randomly in the morning, noon and at night. If nobody answers or the line is noisy, it is a scam. If the recipient of the account is on another name, consider it a scam. Find their name and email address in the social networking sites. If they are not connected to other people, most probably, you are dealing with a scammer.
Please DO NOT deal with Pt. Tompela Sich Optic.
