I have bought 2 sets of mummy and LO set dress, however, after receiving it, I was not satisfied and raised a request for a refund. James, the customer care was very helpful and helped to process my refund, at the same time, no returned is required. It gave me the confidence to shop with PatPat knowing that if I'm not satisfied with the item, I would be able to return and refund fuss-free. Thank you, James and PatPat.

I recently incorrectly ordered, and request for cancellation. I was contacted by JUNABELLE and it was cancelled and she arranged for the refund. Quick response and they have a great customer service. The remaining item arrived on time.
I had a problem with items that didn't fit my son size, and Glenn from Patpat solved it in a nice and considering way. I am very thankful for that.
