Overall, my experience was good. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't packaged with the care I was expecting. It was kind of thrown in the invicta box and wouldn't shut flush. Plus there was slight damage to this inside of the box. I deducted a star for that reason.

Purchased a brand new Luminox watch and when it arrived the lume was bad. I've owned several Luminox brand watches and the lume is always amazing. I requested a return and they expect me to pay return shipping and insurance for a defective item. I'll never buy anything from Ashford again

My original order was placed with wrong amount in quantity. Cancelled order and reordered. Customer service reviewed 1st order and refunded monies. 2nd order was received, in beautiful condition and thankful for experience, good service and great quality. I only wish that bracelet could have been sized before receiving.
