Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from Ashford. Product arrived in the original packaging and looked OK. Wore the sunglasses the first day and one of the lenses fell out. The screw on the frame holding the lens came loose. I got home and tried to tighten the screw but the frame itself was damaged and no matter how hard I try, the lens will not stay in place! Extremely disappointed that Ashford shipped me a defective product claiming that this was new.
I bought fake glasses. Awful experience. I'll never shop here again.

The watch wasn't as I expected and the packaging was a little damaged making it difficult to gift it. I just kept it in the cupboard as I couldn't really gift it to the person I bought it for.
