Lautner was a fantastic agent! He booked a complicated family trip with my grandchildren from the US to France; we all live in different States (California, Colorado, Washington). He ensured that we arrived and departed at the same time or very close. Some of us wanted to travel together and he made it happened. The prices were descent for Economy. Lautner was patient, polite, and efficient. Make sure you tip him!

My agent was very knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and friendly. She called and emailed me on a personal level after I had to disconnect because I was rear ended as I was making my travel plans, stationary in a parking lot! Such care has never been given from an agent /company like this before! Amazed still! And it wasn't to just try and get my business, she genuinely was concerned. We connected afew days later and finally I was able to book my tickets. What a gem! Brilliant service, understanding, and total cost was within my budget.

The sales people were relentless in their pursuit to sell the tickets. They promised all sorts of guarantees etc. once we paid for the tickets and the tickets were issued they ignored all calls. The customer service would pass you onto the salesman who never calls back or responds to emails.
They sold me trip planner and vacation planner to Turkey. When the time came to utilize those services, the salesman or the customer service gave me run around. I wonder what happened to that promise by the salesman who insisted that he will be the personal travel consultant etc.

First time using ASAP Tickets. Needed ticket for quick trip. Ammelia, the customer service representative was very helpful in getting me the best price with exactly what I wanted. Best of all, Ammelia was human and friendly. So impressed I even gave her a tip! When was the last time you did that? I'm telling people I know about ASAP Tickets!

ASAP tickets refunded the balance per their agreement. I'm still a little annoyed that it took so long and only happened after a wrote a negative review here.

That said, their prices were the absolute lowest I could find. So if you want to take a little risk and possibility of some hassle, they might be worth it for you.

They strung me along, lied to me, and kept a bunch of my money without giving me anything in return.

I bought tickets to Paris for $599 each, which was a great deal.

The coronavirus hit. Americans were no longer allowed to travel to France. I was told my only option was to lose my money or pay another $417 to reschedule later in the year. As the second date approached, Americans were still not allowed to travel to France.

At this piont, ASAPtickets told me I could refund my tickets, but that they would keep a service charge of $150 per ticket.

I went over the numbers with the representative multiple times. He told me that I would receive a refund both for the original amount $599 and the second (rescheduled) amount $417 (minus 150).

599 + 417=1,016
1,106 x 2 = 2,032
2,032 - 300 = $1,732

Instead, of refunding me the amount that was represented, I got $898. So they kept $1,134 and gave me nothing in return--not even a travel credit or anything.

I am so angry. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

I am trying to re-book my flights as they were canceled because of COVID-19 and the agent is telling me that the penalty is $500, giving some fake deadlines before I have to respond etc. I went directly to company, changed the flight and there are absolutely no fees for the change of flight. I am never doing business with this company again.
Liars trying to take advantage of people who are already in trouble.

After long negotiations, I have managed to pool my value of tickets almost fully, with the help of Selena, an agent in ASAP. So, my advice is - not to give up, hopefully you find an agent and manage to sort your problems with no penalties- as there should be none because of the current situations globally.

The agent I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful, however there were more fees than I had expected which is something to keep in mind. You'll have to pay for a protection plan for your tickets since their tickets are non-refundable. On top of that, you'll pay for the service the agent provides you via the phone (this I didn't mind as much because I was more than happy to tip my agent, however it is something to keep in mind). My overall review of the experience is average, I wasn't outraged, but I wasn't shining with joy either. I wish they were a little bit more upfront about the fees you'll have to pay, also, I found tickets that were the same price on expedia but expedia doesn't make you pay extra fees.

Tip for consumers:
It would've been helpful to know that they might not be the cheapest option.

He was not willing to help and he hung up on me. Later I was able to meet Hilfiger, a very nice guy, who finally helped me out of my predicament. Bless his heart.

I have used ASAP on more than one occasion for international flights. Their prices were best available 80% of the time, not always, but I liked that they had interesting options. What was a huge negative this time, I had to cancel and reschedule a flight due to a death in the family and the inability to get a timeous Covid 19 test for a flight. Asking for my refund (which was within the 24 hour period), was like pulling teeth, and to be honest I will have to wait and see if I get it without a fight, as it is supposedly "in process", but not feeling very confident. Most annoying, every time I speak to someone there, they bombard you with requests to buy their flights. To a point of making me feel taken hostage until I buy. I had confidence in them before but might think twice next time as I just don't like to forced into things. They do all make a concerted effort to be nice, but doesn't always sound genuine.

I tried an agent here because my relative seemed to have some success with getting decent tickets, and the agent is friendly enough, but even though I was assured that making the jump to buy the tickets was refundable within the first 24 hours, it turns out I found not only a much better price through the actual website, when I went to cancel through ASAP, I was told only the ticket was refundable, and that the Travel Care fee ($279 for both of us...) was used to cancel the tickets, even though the actual company has a 24 hour cancellation policy, so there shouldn't have been any penalty fee that the travel care was needed for in order to cover the cancellation as he claimed. All I was told was that it was out of his hands. I had reasonable reason to doubt that they actually had my best interest in mind.

Update: An ASAP representative reached out to me to resolve the issue and gave me a full refund, so I'm updating to 3 stars. It may have been my particular agent, so I do appreciate them trying to help resolve the issue.

The process for the payment was a head each. Talked to one agent had to wait then thank to the Banker had to wait answered so many questions before the payment went through. It was a very bad experience.

I was extremely satisfied with Sullivan's support in finding my husband and I just what we wanted for our flights, both for times and dates. He was patient and seem to try his hardest. During the process of research, I was very clear that I wanted the seat assignments INCLUDED with the price of the flight (after all shouldn't a seat be included in a plane ticket!). Without hesitation, I was assured by Sullivan that this was included, but seats could not be selected until after we paid for the flight. And so, satisfied with the flights and prices, we complied. After the money changed hands, we were BLINDSIDED & SHOCKED to learn that we still had to pay for the seat selection... to the tune of $300.00 for the cheep seats (on top of the thousands we'd already spent)! Was he ignorant or manipulative? Is training lacking at ASAP? If he was unsure, why not do the research before making us that promise? We are repeat customers and have recommended ASAP to family and friends, but now we have our doubts as to our loyalty.

I dealt with a gentleman name Noe. He was determined to be helpful and make sure to answer all of my questions. To be honest, I was a little skeptical about ASAP, at first. But in the end, I saved a few hundred dollars off the ticket prices, got direct service RT, and even got an upgrade to premium economy for the trip home from Europe. I would definitely consider using them again.

ASAP tickets has been really good. Bt last time they really messed up the booking in spite of the fact that I had emailed exact dates. The service rep booked it on wrong dates for which I had to shell out $450 to change ($150 for each for three tickets). Ultimately it was no better than booking on any of the other web sites. So my rating for asap tickets is a 3 star,

Ticket agent "Nash" was diligent, professional and patient. The subsequent payment process was abysmal... after sensitive and probing questions (to the point I suspected a scam), my credit card was rejected. After an awful night of fretting I contacted the Customer Service office in San Francisco, and spoke to "Ella" who quite quickly and politely cleared this up and issued the ticket. ITN had attempted to charge me twice, so American Express denied it... but the 'conference callers' somehow were not aware that the first charge was processed and said I was over the credit limit! Horrible payment experience.

The only issue I have was that the rates was not as competitive and when the deal was over, I wasn't given the confirmation I was looking for -- travel receipts, good electronic tickets from PAL and final confirmation of seat reservations and additional fees charged to my account were "Odd". Never got an answer back from Delfin after that but he told me that it's on the part of PAL. So we will just have to wait. Hope to get a response soon before my flight. Errors made was at the expense of the client, too. Name error made a change in price when it was rebooked. Well, I wouldn't recommend them to friends. Not sure if these same errors will happen. So, better stop with me. But overall, it was just FINE. Hope this is legit.

II t was very good experience with the customer service agent, Mr, Nash, he did disclose everything which was in the favor of agency, but did not disclose agency fee to be charged to me before I booked my ticket. Therefore I am sure if I bought the my ticket at the fair price. I kind of disappointed with it, and may not use this agency for my travel needs again.

I was really expecting a lower price. Because it is in Kennedy airport it should really be what you have advertised that the price of $497. I should have understood that is only a price that looks good on an ad.
