Since I purchased my tickets to the Philippines in October 2020 for a Christmas vacation, which I canceled and rebook for a June flight, I have paid a total of $5400 for an economy flight. And that's because I always pay an insurance to supposedly protect the travel tickets. Then, for a 21 hour lay over in Narita, I am being charged another $400 to lessen the lay over time! So ridiculous!

I got a ticket for cameroon since March to go to cameroon because of covid I could not go but I had insurance on the tickets since then I have been trying to get my refund buy I can't I contacted bbb then asap tickets agent contacted me and told me they send me the refund that I should wait for 8 days after 8 days I did not see any they contacted me again and said they are sorry I should wait for 14 days I waited still noting in my. Account they send me a fake email showing that they did the transfer but I called my bank and nothing has been on there. I AM NOT THE ONLY GOING THROUGH THIS BEWARE OF ASSAP TICKETS THEY ARE SCAMS
NOW IS ALMOST AUGUST AND I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND
