False Pretences… 'Armaan Resales' is a scam and avoid yourself the embarrassment! PART 1
November 29, 2023

Firstly don't believe anything you hear from the lady called * at Armaan Resales due to her misrepresentations. She lies and gives fake information (screen shots) that previous clients have made a certain amount of sales in the first 3 months etc. (I have evidence of these emails). These are very high sales, which can't be achieved without Amazon pulling you up and investigating this. I only had a small amount of sales and was told the store was deactivated due to a high volume of sales. Then shortly later I was advised by Amazon that the items were not being delivered, possible illegal activity that included fraud. This all entails a breach of contract, as 'Armaan Resales' (franchisor) are not fulfilling their obligations.
There are a huge amount of sales that occur, but there are a very high amount of refunds due to items either not arriving to the customer or not being sent out by 'Armaan Resales', so the store deliberately gets deactivated. This in turn has made my business, the company look bad and ruined the reputation.
'Armaan Resales' claim that they are expertise in the drop shipping industry, which is untruthful as they couldn't deliver the items they provide myself that are sold on the store. There were over 35+ A-Z refunds for the month of June (2022) alone.
'Armaan Resales' do not follow policies of Amazon, they are not adhered to. When my listings were uploaded, I received multiple violations (all categories – intellectual, suspected, listing policy, restricted products etc). When appealing for these, some of the templates that were given by 'Armaan Resales', didn't at times authorise the appeal.
There complete money-back-guarantee in the contract is fake, a scam and can't be activated unless the store has been active for 12 months. My store was only active for 4 months only and has been deactivated for nearly 9 months (From May 2022). There has been six (6) appeals to Amazon, which were all rejected, due to high sales, deceptive, fraudulent, and illegal activity. This was all to do with 'Armaan Resales' not fulfilling their duties and not been able to provide relevant invoices / paperwork of the items to Amazon. When requesting for an update on each of the Appeals, they say it will take 3-5 working days. Again another lie, as it takes 3 – 5 weeks and you have to keep chasing them for it or they don't work on it.
The question is, 'How can a store be active for 12 months to achieve your ROI back, when 'Armaan Resales' are not delivering the items and using a low budget cheap courier service with no Tracking information for the customers'?

'Armaan Resales' over promise and under deliver. When feedback was provided or even truthful issues and concerns, they sweep it under the carpet, and pretend it didn't occur. Most of the workforce at 'Armaan Resales' are dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful. Majority of the staff have ignored me initially until you re-forward the email once or even twice to get a possible reply. What I have realised is that 'Armaan Resales' favour a certain amount of clients and fob off the others, once they receive your initial investment.
Lastly, I am very surprised that there are a number of positive reviews on here. This must be fake reviews or they are people who have been paid to apply positive pre-scripted reviews. The only other aspect on these positive reviews that are applied are from the staff working at 'Armaan Resales'.
A further review (Part 2) will be applied at a future date, with further information on how I was treated with their unprofessional fraudulent attitude and why NOT to go with this scam of a company - 'Armaan Resales'.

Failed Dropshipping model
September 4, 2023

Hi All,

This is my 2nd time posting comments as they first time they had asked me to delete the comments so that they can further assign the case to third party and get it activated and in case of failure they committed to refund my capital paid on goods and investment with immediate effect.

I came onboard on 09/03/2023 and become online in April 2022 with store being in very slow form but manage it be fully online with US store around June 2022 and started picking some sales in US market for one month however then my account was deactivated by Amazon(UK,EU,US,CANADA)in Sept 2022 as they failed to meet the customer criteria and amazon policies as the customer started complaining about the product and problems in shipping chain where users were getting low quality with limited shipping information so account blacklisted or deactivated and i started working on my case and spent numerous amount of time to resolve the matter but amazon is not willing to trust on us again hence i contacted to ArmaanResales account manager and couldn't get any response so posted my comments on Trust Pilot and was contacted by * who acted on their behalf and advised me to take my comments off as he would make another effort by assigning to third part to resolve in 8 to 12 weeks as he believe they are very good and agreed upon returning my capital of good and investment if case its fails.

So now AppealGuru took over from January/Feb till end of July as they couldnt resolve the problem means account cant be activated again so i contacted back to * and AppealGuru where AppealGuru was silent and not mentioning the core reasons instead saying me" AMAZON IS LIKE THIS BUT DONT WORRY WE WOULD GET IT RESOLVE SOON and advised me to delete all the listings and some other records as this is required by Amazon so now due to problem in logistic chain of Armaanresales drop shipping business the account is still deactivated so business never progressed in a professional manner as mentioned by ArmaanResales so from last year till today the commitments and sales target was never met and then had meeting to finalise so asked me to provide the information despite of having access to my account already so buying more time.

They have full access to my amazon account as has been appealing so i have now provided them so now they are saying we would sell your store to another customer then would take it from there so information i can gather but i am not amazon expert and business hardly have any sales and saying if you dont get these we wouldnt go ahead so i had to provid them the files so that they can now proceed.

Regarding the shipping system they use i have capital over there and have provided them my account details around 20 times but * never said the Capital has been transferred instead asking me the questions@ is that the account you paid with and my answer is yes and shared the Photo and manual card details but still not even single money has been paid.

So this the short of long story as they are not looking genuine when it comes to business as they dropshippers are always kept secret away and i paid capitals from my own pocket and investments which is still pending.
They also offered me to open some company else where and use VPN to operate which is considered as Fraud in today world and i denied to accept that.
The business has been in loss and God knows how would they sell to others and asked me wait upto 5 months but now saying they need a lot of other technical information which i never setup nor performed as they wont move on means not in mood to return or accept the failure.

So humble advise to new people to be careful as they are EU IRELAND based not UK based so now not responding my emails to the questions i asked specially where asking me informations which no longer exist and deleted on their advise.

I am very disappointment and i spent around 10,000 UK amount to this business with my alot of time spending on them compared to the commitemnt where you had to spent 1 or 2 hour per week so now literally on crisis with money which they dont want to pay me back as per their contract.

My job is keep you guys aware of these kind of nature of business so never expected this tricks performed by them.

Regards,
Ali

Beware of Armaan Resales: My Terrible Experience and Unethical Practices
July 15, 2023

I feel compelled to share my alarming experience with Armaan Resales, an e-commerce supplier, and shed light on their unethical practices. It is crucial to understand the risks involved and prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive tactics. Please allow me to recount my story, which includes both my initial terrible experience and a subsequent unethical encounter.

Approximately a year ago, I decided to invest $15,000 CAD in purchasing a store from Armaan Resales, envisioning a successful entrepreneurial journey. Unfortunately, my hopes were shattered, and I now realize the magnitude of my mistake. Here are the key issues I encountered:

1 Violation of Policies and Multiple IP Issues:
Shortly after setting up my store, Amazon swiftly shut down my account due to policy violations linked to the products supplied by Armaan Resales. Moreover, I discovered that several IP violations were also associated with their products. These setbacks not only damaged my reputation but also resulted in the loss of potential customers and revenue.

2 Non-Delivery and Refunds:
Disturbingly, nearly 80% of the orders placed through my store were never delivered. This led to immense frustration for customers and forced me to issue numerous refunds. The lack of delivery not only drained my financial resources but also eroded the trust I had hoped to build with my customers.

3 Poor Quality Products:
Even when some items were delivered, their quality was abysmal. Consequently, I had to refund those customers as well, exacerbating my financial losses. The absence of quality control from Armaan Resales placed my business and reputation in jeopardy.

4 Instant Flagging by Amazon:
Adding insult to injury, Amazon promptly flagged many of the listings provided by Armaan Resales, resulting in additional suspensions and restrictions on my account. This severely hampered my ability to generate sales and forced me to spend countless hours resolving these issues.

5 Lack of Uniqueness and Competitiveness:
Further exacerbating my frustration, I discovered that the items supplied by Armaan Resales were not unique to my store. In fact, other suppliers offered the exact same items, often at even lower prices. This raised serious doubts about Armaan Resales' integrity and the legitimacy of their business practices.

6 Selling at a Loss:
To my utter dismay, I discovered that after factoring in currency conversion, all of my sales in North America were actually selling at a loss. Yes, I was losing money on every single sale! This revelation left me financially devastated and exposed the true extent of the financial trap set by Armaan Resales.

However, my ordeal did not end there. Following my negative post on Trustpilot, Armaan Resales contacted me with a seemingly promising offer. They proposed that if I removed my negative review, they would assist in selling my store and help me recover my initial investment. Desperate for some redemption, I reluctantly agreed. Little did I know that this was just another ploy to silence dissatisfied customers.

A whole year has passed, and I have not received a single cent of the promised reimbursement. This revelation exposes Armaan Resales' unscrupulous efforts to suppress negative feedback and protect their own interests.

I implore those who have faced similar hardships with Armaan Resales to join me in taking action against these fraudulent individuals. Let us unite and explore legal avenues to hold them accountable for their deceitful practices. If you are interested in joining our collective effort, please email me at *******@powerplaysystems.com. Together, we can seek justice and prevent others from falling prey to Armaan Resales' dishonest schemes.

By sharing our stories and supporting one another, we can create awareness and ensure that true trust prevails in the e-commerce landscape.

Terrible experience – stay away at all costs
June 26, 2023

Terrible experience – stay away at all costs.
They never fulfil their financial promises from the first month till the end without failing, every month is just another loss, they have been responding and trying to solve the issues however they never succeeded.
They offered a very attractive projection which led to pay £9500 investment and their agent guaranteed breakeven after 6 months which of course never happened, and their answer was 'it's just a projection'.
Sales volume is terrible they promised you get the lowest prices of the products we sell therefore you should sell like hell but never happened most of the product's prices are higher than the others in all Amazon marketplaces.
Delivery is literally a nightmare, out of the very low sales volume you can expect around %70-%75 refunds, A2Z and replacement requests which most likely turns to refunds and A2Z because delivery failure.
13TH April 23 marked one year since I have started with them, it is clearly mentioned in the agreement that (33.2 The Supplier warrants to buy the business from the Customer if the Revenue Target and the Profit Margin are not achieved provided the Store is in full working order and without suspensions, restrictions or limitations imposed by the end buyer or the Store host during the first six months of the launch of such Store.) which it is exactly my case, they asked me for some info and reports from the store which have been provided three times, then promised to schedule a meeting to discuss however I have been chasing them until today 26th Jun 23 and they keep cancelling the meeting for unrealistic reasons (for instance, I am not feeling well today), completely ridiculous, they are just stalling and being unprofessional.
On the other hand, we have around £600 in their wallet (refund money which paid from our pocket) and when we asked them to transfer our money, they said this service is temporary not active!
We haven't made a single penny as a profit! In contrary we are losing money every month and we must pay of course Amazon monthly charges plus we lost the initial investment £9500.
They are failing to meet their projection, refusing to buy the store back; refusing to refund our money; avoiding any meetings, unfortunately they are big liars.
I have all emails, chat history and reports that proves every single word in this review.
Right now, we are seeking legal advice and would strongly recommend staying away from them.

Seeking an unforgettable scamming experience? Look no further than Armaan Resales.
June 19, 2023

On April 25,2022, I made a purchase of 10,000 items from Armaan Resales company, paying them GBP 10,833. Over the course of one year, I have experienced the following developments, which were initially promised to me in written communication:

The company assured me, both in email and contractually, that they had complete confidence in their service, offering a money-back guarantee. Specifically, their statement was as follows: "If after 12 months of the online store being active, you have not achieved a return on investment, we will repurchase the store for the initial investment amount."

Additionally, they provided revenue projections that enticed me to invest. According to these projections, by the twelfth month, my revenue was expected to reach $34,600, and the store should have broken even by the eighth month.

However, the actual experience has been different. The sales follow a cyclical pattern, starting with slow but consistent sales, followed by a surge in client complaints approximately two to three months later. Customers inquire about the status of their orders, as they have exceeded the promised delivery date. While I offer replacements as per the instructions from Armaan, the customers are reluctant to wait an additional 4-6 weeks for an item that is unlikely to arrive. Consequently, they request refunds, which I process using my proceeds after deducting Armaan's share. Subsequently, I request a refund from Armaan for the orders they failed to fulfill. However, Armaan refuses to issue full refunds, and as a result, Amazon suspends my store for failure to fulfill orders. Unfortunately, I had no control over this situation since Armaan handles the fulfillment and also charges an additional 20% on top of the item's cost for all orders. Despite their failure to fulfill orders, they refuse to refund me. As a result, my stores were offline for several months while I engaged in ongoing battles with Amazon to reinstate them. This pattern repeats itself, leading to a constant cycle of refunds exceeding sales.

After a year, my sales are less than 50% of the promised amount, and Armaan has failed to repurchase my store or provide the refunds I am owed. Consequently, I am left with a debt exceeding $10,000 CAD, in addition to the initial GBP 10,833 payment I made to this company. While I have interacted with some amicable account managers at Armaan, the inconsistency between their instructions and the actions taken by the company's backend operations is evident. This operation appears to be an elaborate and deceitful fraudulent scheme. Unless one is willing to lose their so-called "investment" to this web of lies and subsequently accumulate debt due to refunded orders that were not fulfilled, I strongly advise against engaging with Armaan.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that Armaan's website is now invalid. In recent months, they have been pressuring their victims, who were still hopeful, to sign up for a paid subscription on Slack. Initially, this subscription was presented as a means of faster support, but it eventually became the only way to access support, requiring a fee. I caution anyone who has signed up for this subscription to consider canceling the credit card used for payment, as it is highly doubtful that Armaan will cancel it willingly.

Having exploited as many victims as they could, Armaan will likely attempt to find new individuals to purchase these failed businesses, employing their own internally manipulated projections and a network of falsehoods. There is a growing suspicion that Armaan may have deliberately withheld a significant portion of the orders to retain the funds, potentially with the involvement of the virtual assistants they strongly encouraged me to sign up and pay a high monthly fee for. These virtual assistants appeared to be intentionally neglecting to process refunds to Armaan, a situation I detected and subsequently terminated their services. However, I encountered significant challenges in discontinuing the monthly subscription fee they were charging.

After I posted my initial review I got a call from HOC from Armaan making the following promise in an email. I quote word for word.
"As we discussed on our call today 27.04.2023 – Armaan Resales will be helping Mary part ways from the partnership.
Confirmed by HOCS – *.
Time lines;
• 06.06.2023 – * and Mary to Conduct a call together to collate store information.
• Once store information is returned.
• Mary to then receive rough exit agreement
• Once Mary is happy, Dosusign version to be sent
• Once Docusign Version is signed by both parties, payment will be released.
The above processes, depending on proactiveness, should be all resolved within 2 weeks of * and Mary's call on the 06.06.2023 (no later to return investment by 20.06.2023.)
If you can remove said comments Mary online, it certainly makes my Job easier to present to the board tomorrow without any hiccups."

As of today, the 19th, I have been unable to receive a response or follow-up from *. It appears that my initial suspicions were accurate—this company lacks legitimacy. I have documented evidence of * stating that if he fails to fulfill his promise, I can repost my review. It is my belief that both he and the corporation have been buying time in order to evade accountability for the crimes they have committed. However, their attempts to escape justice are unlikely to succeed.

Mislead you with false figures
April 30, 2023

Should have trusted my gut instinct

I was given false figures by * and screenshots of other made up clients last year and like many others was given the forecast which they must have made up to invest 13k, which would have been impossible to achieve. A further £350 a month for a ecom specialist which I'm convinced is in on the scam aswell... I was making a loss each month as most sales didn't reach the customer and needed refunding. Absolute joke passed to different account managers who had just been employed and didn't have a clue what they were doing and are were from abroad to protect from any comebacks. There is no way you could hold out for 12 months without being deactivated or losing double the original investment to get your money back which they failed to put in the contract. Got to take some responsibility but unfortunately there was no bad reviews and now they are scrambling to change ceo/stop taking clients to cover up while there seems to be more and more people coming forward about their bad experiences. If you go down the rabbit hole online it is claimed the same scammers used/use companies ZAZIA CONSULTING & SALES LTD (NI*******)
JGMC LEISURE LIMITED (NI*******)
ARMAAN RESALES LIMITED (NI*******).

Total Scam Stay away
April 20, 2023

Armaan Resales is a total scam Stay away! No doubt their response will be they don't recognise me like they do on all the negative REAL reviews. BoyaltradingLTD
They say you pay £9500 for 5000 carefully vetted products and they guarantee a profit of £2000 pound per month by the end of the first year or your money back. The most i made in was £30 in a month after returns. I made about £100 in the whole year. The products are not carefully vetted as when you list them in Amazon you get hundreds of violations and copyright infringements. This puts your account at risk of deactivation immediately and eventually the account gets deactivated as more and more violations are found by amazon. They have a clause in their contract that all stores must be fully operational for you to get your money back but the products they provide will guarantee deactivation and they will get your money. They also advise you to use a Third party company to manage your account ( I strongly suspect they own this too) this charges £300 a month which works out to £3600 for the whole year which they make you extend for additional 6 months before they give your money back which is a total of £5400. They still don't get you the sales and lose even more money to them. Also they clearly admitted that they were at fault in not checking their products in the appeal for the store closure. Amazon are refusing to reactivate one of my stores as Armaan can't provide the information about their supplier.
Also I never got anywhere close to the number of orders they promised which wouldn't even cover the cost of the Amazon fees so was making a loss. On top of that so many of orders are not received by the customer so you have to refund them and the majority of orders they do not provide tracking numbers so the customer starts complaining immediately and you have no way of tracking them. For the orders not received by the customers you have to refund them and Armaan resales don't refund the money back to you and instead give you a credit note which keeps the money tied into their company. When I wanted to close my account I asked for the £9500 and also the money in credit notes for all the returns they went silent on me. I then posted this review before and then they promised me if I take it down they will give me the refunded products money and get back my £9500. They gave some of the refunds money back but added on a processing fee of 3.5% and there is still an outstanding amount of £450 from refunds they owe me which they said they could only return if it's above £500 which is total none sense they have also now gone silent on me about returning my investment they also offered to sell my products listings to get the money that I invested back but since I took down this review previously they have now gone silent on me.

Also they previously offered to send me More listings which I have done four times before but every time I do they do that all I end up with is hundreds of new violations which is adding to my account already being at risk of deactivation. Which means they won't give your money back. They get your money either way all due to their bad products which you have already paid £9500 for.

This year with them has been an absolute nightmare I wanted to run a successful Amazon store but instead find my self in financial difficulty having lost over £******* and not having the £2000 monthly profit income that was promised. I wasted so many hours of my times for nothing. I have had to shut down my store as I can no longer afford to pay the fees which were higher than the profits I was making. Armaan resales should be closed down and the owner should go to jail. All their staff are from all over the world so can't be held liable and to add insult to injury in the last month of trading they were charging me hundreds of pounds extra on the orders due to their pricing error and then refused to return the money. They still haven't refunded me all of the money that I refunded to customers and haven't gone silent about returning my investment. I strongly suspect all the good reviews online are part of the marketing campaign to lure in new investment. Liars and thieves stay away!
