I'd ordered swimsuits from them before, and they were fine. I ordered two suits two weeks ago, and unfortunately opened and used one of them. They are very different from the old ones. I understandd that I can not return it, but would like to return the other one, original with tag, did not even try it on. I went on Arena's website and they claim that I'd never ordered anything from them, so I don't know how to return. Customer service call goes automatically to voicemail. This company is now seems to be a scam
