Found what I needed quickly, however was surprised at how long it took to receive my requested gable vent, hence my only awarding 4 stars. Ordered on 22 May but didn't receive til 23 June. Product quality is excellent as was the packing of the product as sent from the manufacturer. Lowes had same product line available for ordering, but their prices were a bit higher.

might be helpful to put the "continue" button on the bottom of the page so that when the customer has completed the fields it's clear what's next..it's at the top...before you start filling in information..

Good website - easy to understand. Pictures could be better - more clear of texture and paint finish (flat/gloss/etc.). Information about hardware is lacking. Live Chat isn't working, but it's Sunday night.

Have good selection of shutters, easy to order. My only negative would be on the "custom" size order we received. I wish I would have realized that the custom shutters came with only the shutter loks and not the screws. Our other order came with both loks and screws. When I called about ordering the screws, they charge $3.19 for a set of 12, and $12.79 for shipping!
Thinking they surely wouldn't charge the costly shipping charge for such a small item, I called customer service and was told I would be held to that shipping charge. Not going to happen!
Otherwise, I had a good experience and they offer a good selection of products.

Only issue was yesterday evening when I my three efforts to add the two Window Planters to my "Cart" were unsuccessful. I was going to use Chat to assist me today, but magically all worked as hoped for.

Easy web-site to use except for the pictures should show a lighter color to determine the style and details to choose from. Looking at the pictures it was not easy to see the cathedral tops on some which I did not want. We needed straight tops and centers to match existing shutters. FYI

Range of choices is great and prices are right. The only thing that confused me is that samples are shipped for free and actual items are delivered with standard rates.

Very easy to order. Just weird that shipping was FREE for all of the shutters, but was charged $12.00 for shipping for the screws ??!!

Received my order and called when one piece was broken...decided I'd like to return the piece, just planning to put the decor on the front 2 gables at my house....I wanted a return label, but I haven't received one. I need to purchase decor for the front porch posts, and am hoping what those cost will be offset by returning the other....Can anyone tell me if I just mail it back in the box I received it in?...And I will get a refund? I was told it can be glued but I am concerned about that and like I said decided I just want two sets of decor for the front gables.

I was pleased to get a response when I reported the problem, but for some reason I did not get a return address...And, the builders aren't done with my front porch yet for me to know which decor I want for those posts. Everything has taken longer....I did purchase EXPENSIVE paint, but am concerned about our weather being colder now :-(...................I am glad you wrote. Thanks P.S. I will be happy to send a picture once everything is in place :-)

good so far. I would have liked to see more ceiling tile options but I can search other places for that.

These folks make very high quality materials - easily the best that we found after considerable research. They are not only very well made and deliver serious value for the dollar, but they are packed professionally and should arrive is perfect shape. Their sales staff are entirely competent and knowledgeable and will stay with you to the end. Communications and quality is no problem. Their shipping department needs to have some staff meetings, but i forgive them that rough spot, because their workmanship and quality more than make up for it.

Lots of options. Didn't like that an item that was available to purchase wouldn't ship 'till the end of June. To me, that's out of stock. Who is willing to wait over 4 months for shipping?

Like the shutter, I ordered one pair to make sure this is what I want and if so I will order 6 more. I received all sears, was disappointed that a couple shutters have some discoloration and surface blemishes but I will not return them due to time constraints. Overall, I am OK with transaction.

Your website is easy to use but I hope it does not take over two weeks to receive the item. I'm hoping for a pleasant surprise.

Quick. Easy to navigate. Large variety of sizes with clear, readily available measurements. Shipping is slightly higher than other vendors; however, the selection is outstanding.

Little disappointed that the excess shipping was not stated with the sale price. If this vent works I will be purchasing 80 more and I don't like the idea of a $23 surcharge for shipping.

Very good selection of products but your shipping rates are WAY TOO HIGH. Should be 1/2 to be competitive with Home Depot, Lowe, and others that carry the same products.

Had to redo steps as system would not allow me to change name on credit card. Had to go back. Somehow my child's name poppped up in card name place.

Shipping address on "your Account" did not translate to shipping address on order. Dropped 2nd address when trying to add C/O. Thought shipping was free. Guess not. Shipping date seemed to change when placing order. Oh well.

Good experience. A couple of times I didn't end up where I thought I would when I hit the back arrow, but nothing serious.

i think the cart should give a little more time to be idle before it is saved. I also think that if you choose one of the selected items based on your cart, it should bring you back there in case you wanted to purchase something else that was recommended.
