A pleasure to work with! There was an error with my order (shipping address wasn't entered originally) but one phone call and issues was resolved, tracking sent the next day, and shipment arrived promptly! During installation, had some questions and called back. Same great experience as the first call. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful! (Something, unfortunately, that can't be said for many other businesses these days).

There are many options regarding well pump suppliers. I researched numerous companies throughout the US. Contacted aquascience for a complete new well system and they were the most professional and knowlegeable company in New England. It was worth the trip, especially when you are provided with expert advice from Serina that made the entire processs seamless with outstanding results. Pricing is extremely competitive and they stock only top tier brands. They now have a customer for life. Thank you.

I don't think I've had a customer service quite like Aqua Science before. Ms. Serina Casey elevated this DYI home project to a professional level job site. Literally guiding through from what the project requiring to investigating further issue via series of job site pictures extremely efficiently. I can't thank enough Ms. Casey for her guidance and help! As a personal working in a field of architectural profession, I highly recommend Aqua Science for their dedication in service and the quality of product.

Could have spent extra days and cost without Ms. Serina Casey. From detailed review of the project to corrections of the required parts, identification of possible issues, spot on recommendations. Wish customer services in other venues and fields could compete with Aqua Science.

Called their store directly with some questions on a pump unit I needed to get. Customer service was excellent. She personally went and pulled the unit to get the specific info that I needed to make sure it was the correct model. After purchase, order was shipped promptly. Thank you!

Sadly, the valve arrived without the connection adapters. I contacted the company but it took them time to respond and more time for the parts to arrive. I was on a time crunch so I ordered the adapters from another company having to pay $25 plus shipping ($40+ total) that would arrive in time. Now I am out $40 and have extra connectors!

They stocked the brand and size of the pump tank I wanted, ordering online was very simple product arrive in great shape

I contacted Aqua Science about well tank and control set-up for my well and it was very refreshing to talk to such a knowledgeable person. They knew exactly what I was trying to do and provided me with all the parts I needed. And even provided me a better more efficient and safer way to plumb it together. The parts were shipped the same day and I received everything I ordered and it was packaged so nothing got damaged. Excellent service I would definitely recommend them!

Aqua Science gives you all you need to install their units. You'll just have to pick up the pipe and fittings to install them. The free shipping on my new Softener and Iron filter made it really cost effective too.I did a lot of searching before ending up buying and this was the best deal for what I wanted, thanks!

Jim was fantastic. He gave me clear and knowledgeable advice on pump and tank selection, installation strategy, and the adjustments I would need to make for my specific application. Add to that the fact that the price, delivered to the opposite coast, was still cheaper than anything I could find locally, and this was a total no brainer. I also know that if I run into problems during the installation, Jim is just a phone call away.

I ordered some tank tees from the Aqua Science website. I received tees that were different than those pictured on the website and on my order. (Contrary to the picture on the website, there were no unions to allow the tank tees to be mounted in the correct position. The PRV is required to point down by code, so the parts sent were not compatible with code.) I tried to discuss with customer service, but they apparently don't have any experience in plumbing and couldn't understand the issue. The took the parts back, but wouldn't refund the full price. Very unhappy with Aqua Science. I'll use Supply House in the future.
Update - the full amount was finally refunded. However, the fault was clearly that of Aqua Science by posting the incorrect picture with the item, so it should have been fully refunded without delay.

This site has good products at good prices. They shipped my item quickly but I didn't know that. My only complaint is that they never sent me a shipping notification so I had no idea it was on the way and had no way to track it. Since I pick up my stuff at a shipping service place I had no idea that it had arrived there and only found out by accident when I went to pick up another parcel to find out that it had been there for quite some time.

Jim at Aqua Science knew what the part was that I was looking for even though there was no part number to be found. After emailing a picture to him to confirm was I was seeking. He found it and even threw in an extra gasket. Excellent customer service. Despite living in Texas I will continue to use Aqua Science for all my water pump and softener needs.

Called a couple of times with questions. Your vary helpful person answered all my questions every time. If not for that I wouldn't have bought on line.

This is the 2nd time I bought the same item. Quality control on this one was poor. Was missing the clip to hold in the backwash drain connector so I had to pull the one off the old unit. Fittings were loose, control panel was popped out of place and there was actual dirt in the box. Once I resolved some of the shortcomings it appears to be working correctly. Just overall poor quality control.

The price was very good, and shipping was within a week. Great company, would buy from them again

The customer service rep was super polite, helpful, and shipped the parts of the kit I needed immediately and then shipped another entire complete kit the next day.
Imho, given the circumstances one couldn't ask for better service.

My order came a day later than initially projected, which was ultimately fine. An associate reached out to me directly when there was an issue with shipping information, which was greatly appreciated, and the overall customer service is quick with responding.

Just a quick question regarding approximate shipping/delivery time-frames. I was answered very quickly.

My 55lb booster pump arrived around 8:30pm on Tuesday March 5th. Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell so it could have been delivered an hour earlier, not sure. On schedule for installation on Thursday. This is my 5th Grundfos booster pump in 4 years, previous 4 Scala2 pumps failed with severe leaking within 12 months. I am relying on the 24 month factory warranty.

My address on the original order was not entered correctly which may have delayed shipment by 1 or 2 days. Corrections were made and promised delivery was met.

Good price and selection on well fittings. Part came fairly quick.
With they had a little better pricing in hose and wire. You guys need to carry simmons ss check valves
