Most plants were great, i had a lot of root rot to clean off my underwater clover and dwarf swords, and the bulb plant i got was already sprouted so it had rotted/melted leaves. It's already pushing out new growth though, so everything should be alright!

Bunch plants were in the best shape, and a nice healthy grouping with many stems. Not a fan of their rockwool-potted plants because mine both had really bad root rot and were overcrowded, but hey, more plants!

Definitely feel like I got a fair price on what I ordered.

I didnt realize that orders shipped on specific days, so it put my project for my Betta's tank on hold, but not a big deal! I was more concerned with weather and the plants arriving safely as we were hitting the upper 80's in the northern adirondacks! So glad i got the ice pack for my plants. They were nice and cool when they arrived and i received more red roots than i actuality needed, so now im saving them for another take project. Plants are super healthy and i only found 1 snail which now lives in my daughter's mini paludarium tank she set up for it lol

I placed an order with this company and looked at their shipping guidelines to see when I should except it. The next week I hadn't had any emails regarding my order, and the status was "awaiting fulfillment". I sent an email. No response. I called and was told someone would call me back when office staff arrived. I called again and asked about my order. The man said I would be contacted. I asked if I could take care of it now while on the phone. Then irritated he said no. I asked to be transferred to someone who could cancel my order. He said he "I CAN CANCEL IT RIGHT NOW!" And hung up. Just not very helpful to me and definitely won't be dealing with them again. I did receive my refund… so five stars for getting my money back, 1 star for customer service and professionalism.

Plants arrived in beautiful condition. Unfortunately, they did not survive cycling process. First time it's happened for me -- but I don't think it was influenced by quality of plants.

Each plant had a detailed description and had the good and bad reviews available. Hopefully the plants will be as good as the website is!
Update: the plants were all in great shape upon arrival. I would recommend getting multiple ice packs for shipping during warmer months as they are on the smaller side. Even with the ice pack completely melted, the plants were very well wrapped in many layers of damp paper and in a plastic bag. I am enjoying learning about aquatic plants and hope to buy more plants from this company in the future!

Didnt realize they would only ship every tuesday, so when i had ordered mine on a tuesday eve, by the following week was least excited they came finally. Yeah im sure there was a warning somewhere but was too excited to get everyrhing i needed. Please make that warning a little bigger or a gif of it flashing haha.

Order of plants arrived in prefect condition and very carefully package. AAA+ rating and will be ordering again soon now that I found a company I can fully trust to delivery healthy aquarium plants.

I've kept aquariums for maybe 20 years, but I've never had live plants in them. I just didn't want to hassle with them. But now I want to give them a try, so I took the plunge and ordered a few plants. They all seemed to arrive in good shape, but only time will tell for certain. I think they were packed and shipped without any problems. Nothing arrived looking as though it had been crushed and abused beyond reason. They've been in the water for a few days now and are looking pretty good, so hopefully they thrive as intended.

The company refuses to respond to any emails. I paid for 2 day delivery and my delivery was late. I have asked the company to help get me a refund from Fedex but AquariumPlants will not respond to my emails.
