Don't get ripped off!

You should be ashamed of yourself! It is clear that you have no intention of honoring your response below. I unlike you, will keep my promise, to myself to make sure to let all my fellow aquarists (about 20-25) know about your how you treat your customers and "how you strung me along" and lied. I will tell them to warn their fellow aquarist friends so that they know, about you and your business, and so on and so on so I figure you should lose at least $300 of potential business! The amount you STOLE from me!. Hopefully much much more. And a side benefit will be that I can save several aquarist from falling for your BS and several less aquarist for you to screw over. I will also file a complaint with the BBB in your area and any other place I can leave a review warning fellow aquarist of you and your business.

Hello Leo I am sorry about the whole FedEx mess, we never heard about delivering the box to the wrong house. We are going to replace the entire order for you. As far as a refund from FedEx 99% of the time they say it was weathe related, a mechanical failure, an accident in the area, they use every balony means of getting out of proviiding a refund. In this case they said weather forced the planes not to fly therefore the boxes we had shipped that evening never left Florida till early morning. We go through this all the time when they have a package late. But back to you, we are going to replace them all for you. Its not your fault what happened and its not ours but we want you to get what you paid for so of course we would rather take the loss. The polyps in your tank, hopefully you still have them. Check to see if they are white. If not they are not dead, just messed up. I will include a dip for you to put the old ones in since I belive they picked up a bacterial infection. Dip them for about 7 minutes and return them to your tank in an area with a little more flow. Hopefully given enough time (could take even a month) they will heal and start opening. If you start seeing them turn white throw them out. See what happens. Also I see the tank is fairly dark. Great for looking at the corals but not good for getting any new corals to open up. If you can adjust your lighting add alot more white lighting to make the tank still a blue tint but not dark. Once they are opening well they should also open under just the deep blues. Thats it. We have issues with weather issues this week so I dont want to take the chance. I will call you next week and get this going. Have a good day and again I am sorry FedEx messed it up so badly.

I have personally worked for aquacon and its many names, there is only one person responsible for all the negative, and thats ronald ratoff, his gf mary hellwig is also to blame because she backs up what he does and defends his actions, i have seen the disregard for customers i have seen him send something of lesser value to a customer instead of what the customer requests, i would have to write a book to say everything that went on and continues to go on to this very day he is moving his shop now to by the swap shop i dont have the address and because i recently confronted him im sure he wont give it out to me, all i can say is he has multiple civil actions against him from credit card companies and customers, he was once involved in securities fraud just search ronald ratoff and capital management, hes gotten kicked out of places bc he doesnt pay rent: https://www.clerk-17th-flcourts.org/Clerkwebsite/BCCOC2/OdysseyPA/CaseSummary.aspx?CaseID=*******&hidSearchType=party_case&DisplayCitation=no&CaseNumber=COCE*******&SearchType=

Working with Aquacon was the worst experience I ever had when ordering online. ($600 + purchase)
They have absolutely no regard to customer satisfaction but most of all do not take it seriously when it comes to delivering items as promised. I ordered 75lbs Premium Fiji rock x-large and large pieces. They sent me a bunch of flat pieces of rock. I told them about the issue and they said "we can fix this and we will send you a new box. I think your order was mixed up with someone else." I was happy until two weeks later I come home to find they only sent 25lbs of medium size rocks that included one actual good rock and the rest small and flat pieces.
I tried my best working with them by reaching out but they delay their responses so that week's go by. They never wanted to come to a resolution. I offered to exchange all the rocks and send the old ones back but they would not help. They would not give me a refund or give me an address to mail back the rocks.

Step by Step Story.
- I ordered and paid for 75 lbs of Premium Fiji Live Rock Large and X- Large
- I received an "incorrect batch probably", as stated by Aquacon over the phone during our last conversation. The batch I received was 75 lbs and looks like the assortment Flat pieces. Not even close to what I ordered or close to what is depicted on your site.
- Aquacon told me over the phone that I "probably received the wrong batch and you would send a new box to compensate for my order and to correct the error".
- Then I received 25 lbs of small and medium size pieces. Again, this order was still incorrect and included flat pieces. I am okay with the medium pieces because I asked for this size. There is a price difference in x-large and large pieces from medium and small pieces, correct? I was never given the difference for this.
- I've emailed Aquacon countless times and they had taken weeks to reply to any of my emails and the final email is basically saying, "Why should we refund your money, there is nothing wrong"
