One of the reviews on this company stated you would be better off writing the section yourself, and they were right! After reading this review, I did not want to go with ApprovalReadyConsulting.com, but my sponsors were rushing me to choose a writing service, and seeing as how I had not submitted any companies to them but this one they went paid them against my better wishes to start the work. So, I gave them a copy of my study, all of my files from NVivo, a copy of the schools' rubric and told them to get to work. Everything they needed was there. What I got back was so far out of line with the rubric. Each section even had a different title from what the rubric told them to title it, so this was the first sign they didn't even look at it. The references were not updated, and the themes had titles a paragraph long when they should be a sentence at most. So, to make it more clear on what was being asked of them, I created a template based on the rubric and an example study given to me by my chair and gave it to them as if to say, " Here, this is what we need, fill in the blanks" and they still couldn't even do that. Not to mention, upon initial acceptance of this project and my files, they kept telling me they didn't understand the data I gave them and how they were to incorporate it. It took us a week to even get past this obstacle as I finally had to scream, " Get started!". Now, it has been another two weeks. I have been waiting on another revised version of my section three, and Michael came back asking me to clarify what I needed to be done. This after, again, they were given a copy of the rubric, an example study to follow, and a template created from this information that I did myself for them to fill in with the information they already had simply. So, I've been sitting here for an additional two weeks, and they haven't even been working on anything I returned to them. I'm done. Seriously, listen to me and the other review. I wouldn't dare use this service if you are a doctoral student. Buckle down, follow your rubric and any example studies you can find, and write it yourself. I have started the entire section from scratch and can't even use what they gave me. If I had not, I would be up sh^t's creek without a paddle as I need to be done with this by Nov.

This review was a disappointment because of the person I was working with my dissertation paper. I sign up for their program and hoping that they can help me with my dissertation paper. I am very disappointed with their services. I sign up and hoping that my dissertation will be approved, but when I was working with Jason Luthor and my dissertation is keep coming back to me with more editing. I thought their advertisement was stating that my dissertation will be guarantee approval. They have a false advertisement, and I will quote, and I got this word from their website: HELP UNTIL APPROVAL ARC is with you every step of the way. No matter how many rounds of review or how many committee members you need to please in order to obtain final thesis approval, and be cleared to graduate, ARC has got you covered. I thought they got me covered, what happens. The person I was working is asking me for some more money to continue editing my paper. He should not edit my paper too much, if he works my paper well and well written, then my paper should be approved, but no, he did not work well with my paper, he did not work all 3 chapters, instead, he only edits the one that has a comment from my instructor. I am stuck here because he does not want to edit my paper anymore without me paying him again. What happens to their advertisement logo (bullseye), you guys have a false advertisement and that is not good for a business. I wrote them before about my problem, but yet they still let me work with the same person. I pay them a lot of money, and they do not do their work well. They make their customers feel that we got a good deal because they give us a discount. However, as I research, that is the price for other editing dissertation company does. My paper is not approved until this moment, and they asking me for some more money to do the editing. It is very prostrating that my paper is not approved. I have a high expectation for their business because they promise that I will have my dissertation approved, but guess what, my dissertation is not approved, and the person I was working with do not want to edit my paper anymore and I need to pay extra money to edit my paper. Not only that, but he also wrote me a very nasty word when I was asking him about my paper because he does not work with my paper in time. I wrote them and they have not responded to my concerns and problem. I am extremely disappointed and angry when I have to pay again for editing my paper. I just wish that they give me another person that can get my dissertation approved without talking badly about me. I never bother him, I been waiting for him to get my paper back to me. He never gives me my paper back in time, I thought they said in thier advertisement that they can get my paper back in time, but in my case, it never in time. I have to wait 4 months, 1 month, and the lowest one is 3 weeks. Sometimes I do not even have a choice but to do it by myself because it was due, and I do not get my paper back in time. I was working on the editing myself. Here's another false advertisement. REVISIONS ON DEMAND Too many comments coming back from your chair or committee? Our dedicated team of in-house PhDs can get you the approvals that you need. We address even the most extensive revision requests at lighting speed! Whoever reading this complaint, please do not believe them, their advertising is false and they are not true with their words. My dissertation is not approved right now, and they asking you for some more money if you want them to edit your paper. They will also charge you a higher price for not well-written work. Very disappointed.

I was very busy when I contacted ARC and hoped to continue work towards my DBA. The initial consultation was positive and identified deficiencies in my early draft, which was 10 pages. I was charged 2000, which I felt was reasonable given the expectation there on was that they could improve on my draft, find quality literature to fill in my methodology, and proposed a final paper between 15 - 25 pages - all things needed to ensure it could be submitted. After a month, they submitted a draft in that range. I had to pay a 2nd installment to get the word version, but was allowed to see a pdf prior. I could see they had done something, and at that time, had no reason to doubt their quality. I pointed out they should recheck the doc before sending, noting that there were numerous grammar issues that I saw even with a quick skim.

Then I received the word document. Trusting them to that point, I submitted their proposal after fixing some grammar mistakes (there were 80 altogether, per Grammarly). I did not go through the paper line-by-line at that time. Once submitted, the chair promptly rejected my paper and gave a list of problems. He also stated a 5-page proposal would be best to make it more concise to submit to the committee. I forwarded the feedback to ARC and the reply I was provided was "many chairs aren't qualified for their jobs." She indicated they understood those issues, would fix them, and would supply a 5 page paper.

After a week, I was given a five-page paper. If that paper had met the feedback and needs, I would have called it a day and say this service is ok (I explicitly communicated that). I did not in any way blame them for the change in paper length. Upon receipt and review of the new paper, my only impression was seeing my original 10-page paper with deletions to meet a 5page requirement. I determined this by taking the word doc of the paper and using Word's compare function with the new paper and provided them a copy. Their new draft did not even contain their "added" content or any new content that I could find.

I then prepared a detailed email promptly explaining what methodology should entail, because this was the big issue that I wanted addressed more than anything. This was not addressed in the earlier draft either to the extent I needed. I even offered to edit the paper myself to meet the 5page requirement if they could just get the methodology complete without regard to the page requirements. It required looking at specific studies that used a similar experimental design, identifying a research gap and instruments to use for an experiment. I believe these are standards for any research proposal. As regards my original paper, I had a conceptual idea in my original that lacked literature support for the methodology, gaps, instruments etc. I could not determine how these omissions were addressed in either draft. After submitting these clarifications, I began check-ins every couple of days looking for signs of progress.

I finally began to feel the clock was being run out as it had been 2 months since this project started. I attempted to push a firm deadline on Feb 2nd(EST) to get a paper - later adjusted to allow for a work in process - anything that could be indicative they were doing work on my case, and it would be of the quality expected for doctoral studies. It was hard to be optimistic based on the 5-page paper I had just received.

After some back and forth, they did not provide a deadline, acknowledgment they understood the issues or how to fix them, nor other signs that my case was being handled. I began payment disputes soon after as I saw no other alternatives. I was not able to use any of the work I received from ARC.

I have since finished my paper on my own. I finished using my original paper and completing the sections I could to the best of my ability. I don't know if ill get approved this time either, but at least I can see I'm trying.

To anyone considering this service or similar ones: I advise checking if the business is lawfully registered where it purposes to operate by going to the applicable Secretary of State. Look at any agreements you are given carefully for DBAs and inconsistencies. Look at reviews carefully. Sometimes there is a reason more reviews are not available, or that an existing review contains unusual language that mirrors marketing claims. Also, search the physical address of the business to confirm it is a business address.

Ideally, you may wish to seek help from your institution or if time is an issue, postpone your studies until you can commit the time to finish on your own rather than seek questionable "easy" solutions that may actually delay your progress. These are general suggestions to anyone reading.
