Appliances Connection

This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.

I ordered a Stiebel 58 gallon heat pump water heater. The ordering process was easy and simple. The water heater was delivered before it's expected delivery date in perfect condition. The trucking company had the heater unloaded in five minutes and in my garage. The water heater is installed and working well so far. It has only been installed 24 hours. I'm very satisfied with Appliance connection so far.

I needed a replacement, in-cabinet, micro-wave -- a Dacor DMW2420S. On-line shopping presented four or five dealers who advertised a DMW2420S for sale. AppliancesConnection was the only one who provided a shipping date giving me confidence that AppliancesConnection actually had a DMW2420S in stock. AppliancesConnection shipped on the date they specified and FedEx delivered in time for my installer to remove and replace the DMW2420. Thanks AppliancesConnection for a good job!

The installer were prompt, professional and did great work in a very quick time. I was impressed!

Ordered a replacement microwave just before Christmas. Item was ready for shipment on the 22nd and at our door the 26th. Excellent considering the holiday weekend. Good price too!

Very straight-forward...driver carried it to the front door, and wifey asked him to just bring it inside a few steps, as hubby was not home. He did precisely that, and we all lived happily ever after.

Although it took several weeks our stove arrived in great condition and was professionally packaged to prevent damage. The drivers were courteous and helpful. The unit is currently in our garage while the construction of our new home continues for another month or two..

Appliance arrived in undamaged condition. The appliance delivery was on time as promised. Drop off only took 5 minutes. Overall I'm very impressed with AC as I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase from an online store.

Buying experience was easy. Do not know about delivery yet. All the reviews I have read on AM Trucking the Company Sucks. We will see soon.

Pretty easy to understand apart from the difference between the Consumer Protection Services and insurance. I assume it's the same. If not, let me know. Also, I couldn't find the converter adapter from 220V to the 110V I know Miele offers. Please add that to my order if I need it for this machine.

I always buy from Appliances Connections even though I live on the West Coast. I have, once, had to have a refrigerator serviced and the customer service was outstanding. Between the prices, free shipping and excellent customer service I will always come back!

I wasn't pleased with the "white glove" delivery. There was some damage done to floors, the guys who delivered were not communicative. When they drove up they came to the door to ask whether I had the item in my house already and then didn't answer as I asked whether they had the item in their truck or not. I would not like to have them deliver my next item.

Price was very good and the free shipping is what made my decision for me. Didn't have to drive 45-min to a store with my trailer to pick-up the same freezer. Shipping company (Ohio-Pitt) did great. One-time delivery with no damage. The driver was patient while we inspected the freezer and was very friendly.

Just ordered stove top at best price in town and it was easy to compare quality and price. Will follow-up after delivered and installed.

Absolutely no other company web site had as extensive of an inventory for upright freezers, nor would we have been able to free shipping, and we would not have gotten any freezer in our price range any sooner than July, maybe.
