“Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max”

Despite some of the criticisms thrown Apple's way regarding overheating and the perceived downgrade in the FineWoven cases, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic.I'm absolutely thrilled with my new device! I'm loving my new device! Despite some initial Wi-Fi calling issues, the transfer process was surprisingly easy. Shipping was quick, and overall, it's been a great experience

Apple hasn't been doing nothing but letting me down for the past few months, I've had my iPhone. They require billing information when you're trying to download a free app that's all I have to say. Constant horrible customer service unresponsive. They're very quick to take your money, but it takes almost a month to get a refund not worth it at all. The price tag is far too high for such a garbage UI. You're basically paying for a scam. Great job Apple you $#*!ing suck.

The workers in the store in colonie are PHENOMENAL but when you actually have to send your phone out it ends in the result with terrible service. I received my phone back after having to send it out to be repaired and upon looking in my photos the workers were playing around with my camera. Then as i was looking at my phone, i went to go take out the sim card tray to reenter my sim to find out they never put my tray back into my phone before sending it out. They overnight-ed my phone as "priority: so when i spoke to a customer service supervisor she told me she doesn't have the ability to do such thing with the tray! I've waited 5 days for my phone to be fixed and sent back and now i have to wait another 2 days before i can even use it because their employees are incompetent workers! NEVER AGAIN, ill pay $100.00 plus for my phone to be fixed at a phone stand before i send it back out to apple.

My iPhone SE never glitched until now, all of a sudden it will make static sounds once in a while, like my button will click not vibrate or if I'm watching a video, the audio glitches out. Nice design as always however I feel like they do this on purpose when they introduce a new model. I also think it's best if they could make their phones a little bit thicker seem it's easy to shatter.

Are all apple iphones are assembled in china?
If yes we should stop buying it, apple should find another place to get it assembled. Strictly NO to any good made in China now.

I have been a apple customer for many years and this year decided to go for Samsung phones due for the reason I am going to specify. I owned a iPhone 7 Plus and the microphone stopped working exactly when I updated my phone, seems like apple added a bug to harm the older phones to force you to upgrade to a newer phone, long story short I took it to apple and they said ' there's nothing they can do it's a hardware issue' when to me seems like a software issue due to some times I reset the settings on the phone and it would work for a short time, this is obviously something related to software they could have caused this issue with the updates and coincidentally it happened right after the update and I was growing tired of getting notifications of updating my phone and feeling harassed also my other source of evidence is others reporting the same problem which is mind blowing indeed. Just my input on the matter and the reason why I decided to go for another company that gives more control over your purchased device if apple improves in this regard i would be happy to purchase another iPhone due to the synchronization with the device and the software is honestly second to none but other then that Samsung has apple beat in almost every other direction in my honest opinion to date short conclusion way to much money for a new phone to give out in 2-3 years time to upgrade to newer phone after just doesn't make any sense to me since people are actually they are getting a quality device, well hopefully i don't offend anyone and help someone making a choice here, hope this helps.

Purchase a Custom Designed MacBook Pro for my new business in November 2020. I also purchased a number of other items from Apple including a Desktop, Ipad Pro and some accessories. I've worked with Apple products for the last 10 years and have been happy with the experience of owning a MAC. I've actually convinced a number of people to switch over from WINDOWS to MAC and told them "once you go MAC, you never go back". I was a true Apple Fan. Fast forward to last week. I was using my laptop to prepare documents for my Father-in-Laws funeral and noticed that the computer need to be charged. When I plugged in the power cord, it would not charge. I purchased a new power cord and this cord still would not charge the laptop. I contacted Apple Support and was given a service center in my area to take the laptop too but when I arrived, I was told the service center wouldn't be opened until the end of July. This is when my nightmare began. I had to borrow a laptop from a family member to complete the things I needed for the funeral which was out of town. After arriving back home from the funeral, I checked with a couple of local shops to see if they knew anything about my model of computer. One shop told me that my year and model of computer had SEVERAL computers that had to be returned to APPLE because they refused to power up. He told me between him and his shop in New York, they had received 15 of these computers in the last week alone. This obviously is a hardware issue with this brand of laptop and I'm sure APPLE is aware of this. When I contacted APPLE to repair my computer, I was told it would take 2-3 days to send me a box to return the computer, 7-10 days to fix the computer and another 2-3 days to return it to me for a total of approximately 16 days or between 2-3 weeks. I informed APPLE that this was my primary computer for work and they told me there was nothing else they could do. After taking my money, they were unable to provide any additional support to assist me in getting my computer back sooner. I even suggested that they overnight me the box for repair and they told me they were unable to do this too. How disappointing. I've worked with a number of companies who make it a priority to fix their product, especially when it's an error of their part, as soon as possible, especially if the product is used for your business. A company as large and prosperous as APPLE should have something in place so NO CUSTOMER has to wait 3 weeks for a repair that is clearly a result of a defective product. I am very disheartened by APPLE's response and wanted to share my experience so other buyers could be aware BEFORE they purchase with APPLE. Customer service is EVERYTHING and APPLE lack of consideration and care will definitely make me think twice before making another large purchase for my company!

I am not a happy customer regarding the complaints claims portion, but I'm yet content. Regardless, it's not my problem The website needs to get it together! As I have said before, the phones are at my discretion, as long as my children and I are content, but the claims settings online are ridiculous!

I have been with Apple for years and I have been paying for Apple insurance on my phone and I lost it and by me deleting it off my Apple ID they won't replace it. I will no longer be buying Apple products because they are rip off and don't really care about their customers and don't try to make things right

I have Apple care + and I had scheduled an appointment to repair an AirPod that wouldn't connect but the day of the appointment I had lost the AirPod. The day the replacement was delivered I found the AirPod and instead on just trouble shooting it right there they wanted me to wait another two weeks. But I had waited 2 weeks just for this appointment. I paid $96 for one AirPod Apple is a ripoff. When I called customer service they said that I could go in and just swap it out but when I got in store I was told something completely different.

Before you upgrade your Mac's operating system to Catalina, make sure you have all your music backed-up somewhere other than on your Mac. I know, that's typical protocol. But, they maintain that Catalina's switch from iTunes to Apple Music will preserve all your music, whether purchased through Apple or not. My iTunes Library was stripped of anything that had not been purchased through the Apple store. Fortunately, I have my music backed-up in several locations. But, had I not, I would have lost a considerable investment. Oh, and all my Playlists were obliterated, which really pisses me off. Again, I have them backed-up, but the amount of time, energy and effort to transport them back in, is irritating.

To me, Apple products aren't worth that much attention. Their phones are very hard to get used to, they break down all the time, and they're very unreliable. And about their laptops you can't even start, they are useless. But despite that, people keep buying products from Apple for thousands of dollars. That sounds ridiculous to me.

I received a new iphone a couple weeks ago. I am having trouble with some of the functions and their use. I contacted tech and did not know the answer. I went to the apple store today. The representative said he did know and or the phone did not do what I wanted it to even though the sources said it would.

My problem is with the Apple Inc policy that they do not allow OS updates for older, yet still working fine phones. Because of this policy, a phone that still works well cannot get the new OS required for other app updates.

This is, to me, a FORCED CASH SPEND and it is also environmentally irresponsible. With this policy Apple consigns thousands of phones to the dump creating waste when they would not be there if people could get the latest OS update and be able to then properly use the third-party apps like InstaGram. Times are economically tough around the world these days. Why force people to spend unnecessarily? Why create more waste with phones sent to the dumpster when that waste is unnecessary and can be fixed with a simple policy change allowing OS updates? As then Prince Charles said "plastic has been placed on the menu". Apple is placing more of it on the menu with this draconian policy of not allowing OS updates on older phone models like the iPhone5S. I would accept a small fee to update the OS on the iPhone 5S, but should not be forced to consign a working phone to landfill and spend new money on hardware just for an OS upgrade so I can properly use third-party apps.

I've been an iPhone user since Apple iphone four: never have I had such a lousy case - I bought their clear case I received it December 2023. After breaking two screensavers in two weeks I decided to complain about it yesterday when I put on a $35 case from Amazon. Night and day the buttons are easy to push it's sturdy it's not slippery. Apple doesn't give you an opportunity to complain so I'm complaining here. Fortunately my credit card company gave me my money back.

I've had a MacBook Pro for 3.25 years. 1.5 years ago I had nearly every component of it replaced under apple care after liquid damage. For the past five months the performance has been degrading and now my computer does not recognize it has a battery in it anymore. As a result the MacBook will only turn on while connected to power. This has turned my laptop into a desktop computer, defeating the purpose. I've taken it to 3 apple affiliated stores and have been quoted three different prices for fixing it that range between 500-1500 dollars. 500-1500 dollars to fix a computer where most components are not even 1.5 years old is ridiculous. I'm now shopping for a new laptop but don't think I want to drop 2000$ on one whose components break after 1.5 years. Wouldn't suggest apple if you are looking for a computer that will last awhile or a company that has good customer support.

I've owned Apple for years and finally ran into an issue that is a sign that Tim Cook needs fired. I got locked out of my Apple ID, forgot my password or something happened, and it took 2 weeks for them to reset it.

That is not customer service. Thank God I didn't buy an iPhone this time and my life is legitimately so much easier.

I'm concerned with what Apple is doing where they think not giving me access to my Apple ID for 2 weeks is acceptable. What are they doing? A background check?

I still like my MacBook but really, I don't think I'll buy another if I have to wait 2 weeks for password resets.

Late last night I ordered an air pad 10th gen. I paid for it and shortly after that I decided that I didn't want silver but Blue.
I also wanted to change the engraving.
The virtual assistant advised that I have to wait until morning.

I called first thing in the morning and a CSR helped me change the color and entire engraving. She said to me that because it hasn't started to process yet the funds would immediately go back to my Apple card and to simply pay for the blue.
I decided to add a keyboard. She sent me a link that read ( complete purchase)

It didn't work and Apple requesting additional funds for the air pad and the key board.

I went to live chat as the phone wait was very long.

The CSR gave me two contradictions.
First, I have to wait for the item to return to the warehouse and my funds are on hold.
( Why are they on hold, it hasn't processed yet and I have an email which reads that order has been cancelled.

She returned and advised me that I can exchange it myself when it arrives.

Are you kidding me?
You have my money and the item hasn't processed.

She than returned and claimed that the first order was changed and I would be receiving the second.

Why haven't I received any correspondence about it and why hasn't it shown on my Apple card?

I guess I'll have to wait and see ( Thankfully I'm one block away from an Apple store)

I will report this to Goldman Sachs and a formal complaint. O don't appreciate being lied to just to appease me.

Very disappointed in Apple.

Tip for consumers:
When dealing with Apple, go through live chat and screen shot the conversation.

I'm a Apple user for many years. I had a several devices in the past and I still continue that deal with them. But my enthusiasm was fall down when my MacBook Air got a fail in unexplained situation in a short period after a product warranty timeline ended. The problem was started so unexpectedly just one day my Mac wouldn't answer in any ways. I contacted with your support and I got recommendation that I should left my Mac in one of your recognized service and after the advice inspection we could try to find some solutions even the product warranty is ended. After the inspection I got the receipt with solution where I had to pay 3 thousand PLN.

I disagreed with that because and I tried to contact with your support one again because I was sure that you could help me to find some good solutions for both sides but finally I got the answer that you cannot do anything with that. The case is closed and you really sorry. I think that treating your loyal clients in this way is unfair and the premium class company which you describe yourselves could treat the clients in much better way. I'm upset and I will think twice before buying your product.

Okay, this is silly. I created a group of 11 people to communicate concerns about the condition of my father, who is sick with pancreatic cancer. When I wanted to delete it, I couldn't. I tried and finally called my carrier's customer service. After some explanation, they hooked me to Apple Care, who told me there was no way to delete groups because of Android phone numbers connected to it.

What kind of nonsense is that? Sometimes people put things in there by accident, and my people are annoyed. Apple IOS can't handle deleting groups? That seems like basic functionality, and what is it with these companies not doing right by their customers anymore? It's like they just don't care what we're experiencing out here. I bet if they were only Apple devices, I wouldn't be able to delete the group, either... just the conversation itself, but folks can keep putting things in there, which results in you seeing the group again. Sigh

I used to be a software developer & consultant, and back in the day, you couldn't get away with lousing up software functionality or bug fixes. There was a stringent process with releasing software that included individual inspections, QA testing at the department-level, QA testing at the division-level, Alpha testers, then Beta testers. Anything the tests found had to be fixed before anything could be released to the public. NOT ANYMORE! They release crap onto the world and sit back waiting for bug complaints that they deny when you report them over the phone. No paper-trail, because these companies won't let you communicate with them that way about software issues.

Apple's 'Feedback' is a waste of time, too; nobody ever looks at those or responds to them. They need to get their act together, because I could probably write that functionality into their IOS if I knew what language they are using and had access to their source code. A teenager could probably do it, but Apple developers can't? NONSENSE!

Apple has gone and done it again. They killed the great ITunes, which was free and came up with Apple Music, a pay service. In case you haven't noticed, you get this change forced on you when upgrading to the new OS Catalina. As usual, every update makes apple less user friendly, lowers performance and ruins what started as an excellent product. Here's one example; Apple Music lacks a search bar or function. Instead, you can search the music they select to present to you, which tends to mostly be the contemporary crap being marketed to dumb us down with. What if I want to search for an older song or album? Well the it geniuses at Apple either failed to think of that or decided we didn't need it. In any event, as is the case with most Apple moves since Steve Jobs, the new "improvement" sucks. And oh yes, you now have to subscribe to it.
Perhaps you've noticed Apple devices don't always communicate with each other. You may be able to open an email from an Apple device on your phone, but not on your IMac, or on your tablet, or any combination of them. I'm fed up with apple's crap and will begin transitioning out of it as replacements are required. The bottom line is Apple sucks. Save your money and buy something else.

Apple's advertising for these product applications does not inform subscribers that purchased content (DRM) is not compatible with these programs. They know this and still they sell it. If they or their management were to consider the reason for anyone to purchase this program, the reason in the majority of cases is so they can project the videos that they have purchased already on a larger screen. It would be of interest to people buying this application, What very limited videos would actually display for them on the larger screen -- not very many I think.

I understand COVID-19 restrictions on number of customers and necessity for queues. We were at Apple George St Sydney store. At the queue we were told we had to make an appointment and we informed the Apple staff we want to do two things - to purchase an IPhone and get a new battery for a MacBook. We were advised we can do both things. About 40 minutes later of queue, we made our purchase in less than 10 mins and asked to purchase a new batter. We were told we had to make a new appointment and re-join the queue. The 'floor leader' was adamant that we cannot purchase a new battery we had to (a) make a new appointment with a technician, and (b) we had to re-join the queue for another approximately 30-40 minutes. Needless to say we walked out. This is ridiculous of Apple and a lack of customer problem-solving of the 'floor leader'.

The MacBook Air does not natively support multiple displays because of limitations from their M1 processor. I tried to connect the computer to my displays through a hub and it only turns on one display. I have an older intel-based MacBook Pro that works perfectly fine in the exact same setup.

After 3 hours, 2 Best Buy visits and a $140 purchase of a "HyperDrive Viper" hub that was recommended by Best Buy product specialists it still does not work. These decisions are going to hurt Apple big time in the long run as they lose customers.
