“I love my job”

Vero v.
9/6/17

Yes the application is lengthy but any good job requires effort. The first week I was not getting any walks and I was heartbroken but wag support is always there, a text message away. They told me to keep trying. I took walks a little out of my way and in the month os August I made $1000. I could make more but it requires more energy. In what job you can find clients that greet you with kisses and hugs? Clients who never complain and that next time you see them, will remember exactly who you are and love you like the first time? I love wag and I absolutely love my clients. Good tips and we get to keep 100% of them. Very easy to use app.

“Beware of your dogs care”

Walker S.
9/26/17

Wag claims to have certified walkers. In their orientation they say they can't give any advice even remotely considered training, because walkers would not be considered independent contractors. They basically hire anyone who doesn't look homeless. There is no expertise. They have claims all day long of dog and person injuries due to the lack of experience in their walkers. Oh their insurance doesn't cover the walkers, just the dogs. Wag shorts their walkers pay, and also shorts pay for w-2 employees. Wag cannot retain walkers for obvious reasons. Your dog will have a ridiculous number of walkers, and familiarity with your dog, is a big part of what keeps them safe. Not an ethical company.
