At a time when things were really confusing. A Place for Moms gave a lot of good advise and a lot of hand holding with no judgement. Really couldn't have done this search with out their support and help.

My grandmother was in the hospital with complicated care and confusing options for release. A Place for Mom helped me navigate these options so much and gave knowledgeable information and advice. I called on New Year's Eve thinking I'd get the ball rolling but not much would happen until a few days after but these ladies were on it immediately and even checked in on New Year's Day. Such an amazing resource!

Dana helped me so much while I was trying to find a way to have my mom's needs taken care of. She was so patient (as we had some medical issues come up) and checked up on my mom regularly. We found a great home care agency that has been such an incredible help to my mom.

A Place for Mom is very helpful in navigating the extremely complex world of assisted living options, I was very new to this whole thing and they were helpful, kind and caring people.

From the moment I called A Place for Mom, each person I spoke to or interacted with was caring, helpful and professional. While the amount of communications received from various facilities (who work with A Place for Mom) was a bit overwhelming at first, the information provided was invaluable in our search for the perfect fit. Once we narrowed down our search, it was easy to schedule a tour of facilities we were interested in. In addition, the helpful email articles received directly from A Place for Mom were extremely educational and invaluable. I received three recommendations as a result of my request. Last week, I called and emailed a request for the representative to arrange a facility tour. I heard nothing and arranged the tour myself.

I was immediately referred to several Adult Family Homes in the Seattle area, and Michelle did a very good job of following up with me. It worked out that the first referral was beyond my expectations and should provide a really easy and positive transition for my wife with Alzheimer's. I felt very well taken care of.

Mary Crevier did such a great job of helping me with our needs and listening to our priorities. Mary made a difficult decision easy and accurate. Mom is in an assisted living facility that is caring and at a reasonable cost to our family. Thank you Mary for all your help and work!

Googled "assisted living" places and A Place for Mom came up. I called and was connected with Stephanie,. She is amazing. We looked at six places in three days. She was able to narrow down what we wanted and needed and what we could afford. Stephanie, is super sweet and listened to our needs and was connected with the right place. We would've never found this place without her. She also was able to negotiate some financial deals for us before we even got there. We signed the papers yesterday. Great service!

I really appreciate the guidance and support I received from the "A Place for Mom" associate. She was a good listener and set up tours of local facilities that met my criteria. The site also provided tips regarding questions to ask during the visits. Its easy to forget essential details when you are trying to process so much information.

We knew that we needed to begin the process to find an assisted living facility for Mom in the not-too-distant future. They provided us with great options and when I asked for a few more, they provided them to us. It took us at least 5 months before we knew that the time was right to move Mom to her new facility. The facilities did an excellent job of keeping in touch with us and made the process super easy.

I needed a place A.S.A.P. For my step father, he was being release from the hopital and needed a new assist living home. I contacted A Place for Mom and they were very helpful finding a place in a good location and based on his limited income. I would highly recommend using there services.

We thought we were looking for two people, one with memory issues and one without. When one passed, we were able to pivot to search for only memory care facilities. That made the task so much easier.
