I can't say enough good things about A Place for Mom—especially my Senior Living Advisor, Wendy. From the very first conversation, she was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my family's needs and guided us through the entire process with compassion and professionalism. Wendy provided me with excellent options, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. Her dedication and support truly made a difference in finding the perfect place for my mother. I highly recommend A place for Mom to anyone navigating senior care decisions.

Christine was a huge help with finding facilities, scheduling the tours, and following up after every one to listen to feedback. When I found the right place, she even worked with them to see if they had any deals in pricing. It felt like she was truly invested in finding the perfect place. I don't think I could have made this much progress in the amount of time it took without her help. Thank you so much.

I was completely at a loss on how to start caring for my 77 year mother after an Urostomy surgery. A place for mom put me as ease and help me get so much care for her at home after her surgery and also gave me material for the future

My family began looking for an assisted living facility a few weeks ago, we toured one that was recommended by a neighbor but saw a few issues we didn't like. I called A Place for Mom and immediately got a response. After speaking to a Representative I was given a list of highly rated facilities in our area and price range. I was also assigned a Representative to guide us through the process. We received honest opinions on the facilities and reviews for us to read. We selected three facilities to visit and by the following weekend we had selected the right facility for us.

My experience with a place for Mom was very warm and personal. Looking for a place for a loved one and knowing that they will be taken care of is a very stressful situation. I feel that Holly took the extra mile to extend her help with anything needed to make my experience for my mother the best it could possibly be.

Within 5 minutes I had texts and calls from senior living complexes looking to assess my needs and their availability. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Not all senior living chains subscribe to this matching service. I ended up using one of the referred services and so can recommend this service especially for those urgently looking for a placement.

Really the only thing they do, other than pester you with emails and phone calls, is provide a list of some facilities in the general area requested. That information can be found online. I don't think their own reviews of the places can be trusted.

It was reassuring and extremely helpful to make appointments for tours through A Place for Mom… I was having a hard time connecting and speaking to people at different places before I called A Place for Mom.
I think I was taken more serious and was given access to the information I needed quickly because of their involvement.

My advisor, Jill Case, was very helpful. She provided a list of places that were in the area I was looking for, setup the appointments, which allowed for me to research before visiting. It so happened a place I was familiar with became available. I did the visit and decided to put Mom in the facility that was recommended. Were a week in and I can't say enough good things about the facility we chose.
