Excellent experience! Most internet CCTV websites are scams, but Apex is a legitimate company. I work for the competition, but they were friendly and informative. They have GOOD prices, not ridiculously low priced stuff you see on the internet... I mean, come on people... if you're getting equipment for less than distributors' pricing, it's going to be fake, B-stock, refurb's, etc. I do this for a living, and companies like this will get my business any day. Kudos, Apex CCTV!
I purchased a brand new DVR had setup problems with it, got an answer back from customer support which was NO help at all. They offered me online support for $129.00 per hr with an 1/2 hr minimum. I wrote a negative review concerning the new DVR purchased and the subsequent customer support from Apexcctv.com, a few hours later the review was taken down and nothing but excellent reviews remain. I had followed their guidelines for the reviews.

I recently bought a security system after my shop was broken into and I thought that I was, and still am, blown away by the quality of their products. My system wasn't anything special, but my cameras are crystal clear and I don't miss anything with the video feeds. Their customer service is fantastic as well. My account manager took the time to explain how every facet of the system works and even took the time to call me on the weekend when the system was being installed to see if I had any questions about the process. These guys are fantastic! Would definitely recommend to others! A+!
