You go see the apartment yourself so if you dislike you move to the next listing. Bottom line i found a bomb apartment for the price i wanted. I moved in 3 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. Each building has a laundry room too. Great activities like BBQ with Prizes, making Smors, Bingo out door movie on the lawn by the office with popcorn. I don't know of any other apartment complex that does this. Come check them out

I have lived at the Helm Apartments since october. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

I have lived in Plantation Club since 2017 and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff, Eric, Brian and Judy, keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff, Julio and John almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here! Percy P.

Can I just say this is a great place to live it is so quiet and peaceful. They have a great management team whenever I need something fixed, they are on it. The units are spacious, and the grounds are immaculate.

Aventerra apartments are a great place to live and call home. I started out at these apartments in 2005 and was blessed to purchase a home in 2016. But my son still lives there and we never had any problems. The manager "Shirlae" is absolutely wonderful and professional with staff as well.
