Ineptitude, incompetence- the worst online customer service I've ever experience. Don't walk, RUN away from the company. I ordered a tank nearly a month ago- I still haven't received it. It processed for nearly two weeks and then when it finally shipped- well, now it's lost in the system. What's worse, the customer service reps and THE SUPERVISORS were absolutely no help. O. They told me how experienced they are- how many years they've been doing this- and were wrong every time.
I have bought a few sweaters and a cardigan over the past 2 years. I used to be able to keep Ann Taylor's clothing for a long time, but there was so much pilling after one season that I had to stop wearing them. For the prices they charge, the quality isn't there.
I've been shopping at Ann Taylor for years. It has been one of my go-to shops. While they are expensive, the quality of the clothing is generally very good. However, there has been an issue with my last 4 or 5 orders. While the items appear as in stock and I am able to order, I later get an alert that some of the items I ordered are not in stock. Just my luck that it is usually the items I'm most looking forward to receiving. It even happened with outfits I ordered for my mom's funeral services. This is rather frustrating. I hope AT updates their records more frequently to ensure that customers can actually receive the items they order.
So first I get a pop up ad that says additional 40% off. But when I go to the site, not everything is additional. I find some items for my niece and cant find a way to add a gift message ( like so she would know its from Me). Chat on line to customer service and they advise unless you BUY a gift box, can not include message. Really? Decided not to order.
Sadly the tall women's clothing at AnnTaylor.com has declined in fabric quality, tailoring detail, and sizing. Often they are not adding extra length in the torso anymore.
First of all there is no wish list. Every time I put an order in on line I get asked to fill out a questionaire. I always put that they need a wish list. Im sure I am not the only one. My biggest problem with Ann Taylor.com is returns. You have to pay to ship your returns back and it takes way too long to get your money back. One time i waited around 2 months. I stopped ordering from AnnTaylor.com for this reason.
It; s OK as most clothing goes. Over priced and your paying for the bran name I have worked and bought a lot of Ann Taylor clothing a discount prices while working at Macy's
