It is a scam extraordinaire! I placed my order (my first mistake) on 29 April 202, and it arrived in the US on 06 May 2020. It then took 5 additional weeks to make it from California to Colorado. Once my order arrived, I was very disappointed in the dismal quality of the items. All of them were cheaply made and as noted by others, were either very small or very large. Definitely not to size nor to color! Wait until you try and return something. Customer service is non-existant. And, here's the scam. If you want to return anything, you have to pay for international shipping to China. Nearly $100 dollars shipping charges! Or, they will graciously allow you to keep the things you don't want and refund you a whopping 15% of your purchase price. Saw many other reviews that said they too were ripped off in the same way! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANNIE CLOTH!

Awful company

I purchased $176 worth of clothing from Anniecloth and I have to say "DON'T" buy from them. All the clothing is either way to small or huge, and it took from April till June to get them. I received shorts today (, ordered small, and I could literally fit two of me in them and they DO NOT look like the picture on the website. I went back and forth with this company trying to get answers of where my shipment was and with no satisfaction. They've even cancelled clothing that I've ordered, didn't tell me, and have not reimbursed me for them. This company should be shut down. It's the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with. I wish I could call the authorities but the company is located in China. Needless to say, half the clothing went to Goodwill. Waste of money, should have thrown in out the window instead.

Are you kidding me?

How come, when I checked the reviews about Annie Cloth or CoraCora or? Before I made a purchase, and the reviews were good - then, now that I am not satisfied, I see more reviews that are really bad. This is horriffic. Ive never seen such poor quality! OMG For those of you who wrote great reviews - you've got to be kidding!

Terrible

Ordered my items over 6 weeks ago. All they can tell me is that the items were received in California on May 19th, 2020 and I need to be patient. PATIENT? It takes 3 to 4 weeks to get a package from Cali to Ohio? So disappointed. And why can't they track if it is with the USPS? I probably will never see those items.

DO NOT BUY. Website looks like a US company and they do not specify that when you pay for return shipment - IT IS TO CHINA and it costs more than what you paid for the item itself. The quality of the clothes is poor. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS.

Never again

Never again. Well I ever ordered from this site. I ordered two pairs of earrings, two bracelets, and a blouse on April 22 after several weeks I contacted the seller to inquire that I was unable to use their tracking site. I continue to get an unavailable response. The service department finally contacted me and indicated that due to Covid I would just have to be patient and wait. They finally sent me a copy of what they had in shipping which was May 5 sitting on the dock in Singapore. Since then I have gotten no further responses to any of my inquiries and I'm still unable to use the tracking number they've got on my order. I've now filed a complaint with PayPal.

If I could give this a zero I would. I ordered 2items a dress and a top. Both items were adorable, not pricey and really uniquely cute. Little did I know that I would have the cost taken out of my bank, (I used paypal) but I would not get my clothing. I complained to customer service twice but they referred me to a return policy. Hard to return something you never got. My tracking number was in Chinese and what I could read said unknown, I am sad something that looked so good was nothing but a scam. Shame on this company, upon further research I found it on a do not use clothing store list.

This company is fraudulent. What you receive will not be what is advertised. They are in China. Address on website is London. Address on what you eventually receive after a good month or more is in Southern California. The link to track your purchases is broken. There is no way to return items to get a refund an no refund without a return. It will cost more to ship to China than what you purchased, incl. Required insurance and then tariffs. They will never get the return and you won't get a refund. They offered me 15% and told me I could alter the clothes myself.

Just Don't

Complete scam! They took my $140. No sign of shipping after 10 days, just read their "Terms of Service " Basically says the pictures don't represent the actual items. I'm reversing the charge through my bank. Other similar websites like Rotita are all this same scam company in China.
