I wasn't expecting such a quick response since it's the quarantine season, but a customer service girl responded within a few hours and offered to replace my outfit. She was so charming and answered all my questions very quickly and shipped the new replacement outfit right away. I order clothes on 4/28/2020, and as of today 6/13/2020 they have not arrived. I have tried using the tracking websites and contacting customer service (I have emailed 10 times). The company says my order has shipped, but the package tracking websites have no record of the packages. The customer service reps just keep asking me if I want to wait another day, wait another day for what? I have asked to cancel my order and get a refund, but they will not do it. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 1 item Over a month ago and I still have not received it. They are certainly quick to take your money but in no hurry to mail you what you paid for! If the delivery time represents the quality of the product, then I might as well count on more disappointment. I will never order from this site again. Amazon, all I can say is Lesson learned!

Excellent quality products that are always true to size, with fast delivery, I can go to the store when I need an outfit. I have never had a problem shopping with this boutique.
I have purchased twice here and plan to do so again and again in the future. They have a great variety of clothes for every occasion, the quality is incredible.
I bought some nice jeans at the beginning of the year, it was easy to find what I was looking for, but I wasn't sure what they would look like since I don't have the same body type as the models, but overall the jeans are very nice
I placed an order weeks ago and found this message when I attempted to locate tracking information: "2020-05-18 17:01:00 Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item, Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 5:01 pm on May 18,2020 in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA *******. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."
I have emailed customer service and they responded once with a canned response and then nothing. I emailed again and nothing at all. So my package is sitting somewhere? Either find my package or give me a refund! My request for a refund has also gone unanswered. This company should be put out of business because they don't have any customer service by ignoring customers entirely. I will begin a social media campaign against this company since they don't seem to respond to a simple request for me to get what I paid for. That's theft, by the way.

I have bought several products here in the last years and all of them have been basic in my daily life. Delivery was fast and I had no problems!

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
