I purchased 2 items, and neither fit. It took 3 months just to receive my purchase! I have emailed Annie Cloth, providing them with the order number, sku numbers, product name, size and color, the date of delivery... they responded quickly stating that I need to provide them with order #, product name size color sku# delivery date. They obviously do not read your email at all. And as you read here on this site the responses to unsatisfactory customer service, they ALL say the exact same thing.
They have yet to provide me with a return label. But learning about this company here, I guess i will not be getting a refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!
It is a very easy website to find what you want, especially with the filter options; good quality material at a good price. It is my first option to buy online when I need new sets.
The dress itself is impressive (it is tight and short) of very good quality. The website is also very easy to navigate, ordering is easy, and it goes wherever you want, your home, work or post office in your city.
Customer service was excellent, they responded accordingly when I had questions. Shipping was simple and fast. I loved the jumpsuit, the material and almost everything else. I could not have been happier or more satisfied with this purchase.
It took forever to get my order and EVERYTHING WAS OF THE LOWEST QUALITY - nothing close to what they depict on the website. I have NEVER been so sickened by online shopping like this. I found they have no phone number - gee wonder why. Plus all comes from China which you don't know when on the site. I would not wear one thing they sent.
I ordered over two months ago, my account was debited clothes apparently sent... I was given a tracking number that shows up as an error. I've emailed the company 3 times they say they will look into it. Nothing is resolved and no clothes!
I should have paid attention to the many other complaints!
I regularly buy gifts from this boutique because the clothes are beautiful, the prices are brilliant, and the website is easy to navigate. I placed an order today and had a small problem that needed to be resolved. I sent an email and within a couple of hours a brilliant woman went out of her way to fix my problem. It is the best customer service experience I have had in years.
Material and sizes are not accurate, long delay in shipping. Very cheap for the price, horrible experience with ordering from this site, items look nothing like the origianal product advertised. Very disappointed with the items I purchased will nver order from them again!

I would give a 0 if possible, I placed order over 2 months ago, after 1 month I contacted them and asked for refund, they replied the item was shipped. But when you click on shipping information it shows shipping number is not valid. I have tried many times to get them to send my items or provide a refund, and they no longer even respond to email, they have my money and I have no items, and i filed a claim with the Postal Service and they show item was never shipped.
My dresses that I bought for sale were of fantastic quality and arrived the day after my purchase. The inner lining of my new overall coat really impressed me with its quality! I highly recommend it!
I ordered $80 worth of clothing back in March order#JWAG*******. Another $130 order # HBOBB******* in May... Haven't seen or heard anything and it's June! Wish I would've read the reviews first! I will go on Facebook and tell the world about Anniecrap! I feel like an idiot!
I received 2 of the 3 tops I ordered after 5 weeks. They are NOT AT ALL what is shown on the website! It was easier and less $ and hassle to do the 15% back deal but it is such a RIP OFF! The total of both was $47.04
I received $6.58 back. AND I'm still waiting for the 3rd top which is probably another disappointment.
Conclusion: STAY AWAY!
The merchandise is not close as to how it's described. Cheap Cheap Cheap. If you want to make a return, good luck. You have to pay for shipping to China. The merchandise is made out of thin polyester but stated to be a cotton blend. It reminds me of cheap windbreaker material.
All the pieces look fantastic, especially for the price paid. A wide variety of clothing and easy to navigate. All the parts I bought were of high quality and I can't wait to flaunt them! The only downside was that the blouse is definitely small in size, but it will be easy to modify and will look great.
The fabulous site makes it easy to find what I was looking for... Unbelievable... received in the days following the purchase, the quality of my purchase could not fail... Beautiful... I will highly recommend to family and friends!

You will receive. I ordered the cutest polka dotted sun dress from them and what I received was definitely a polka dotted dress, but it definitely wasn't the one in the picture. It was very cheaply made and it's just not the same dress. This site is major scam! You think you are ordering these super cute, well made clothes, but in reality you are ordering very cheap knock-offs from China. If you even get anything at all. I've seen people who haven't ever received their orders and for me it took over two months to get mine. Also, if you pay attention, on their review website all of the positive reviews are written by men? Like, seriously, ALL of the positive reviews have guys names. The rest are from other disappointed, upset women like me and they are far from positive. The shipping cost is also very, very, high and there is no tracking number after you order, so you will have zero clue when your stuff is going to come, if it comes at all. I wish that I would have seen their review site before I ordered, but what's done is done. I just don't want other women to go through the same thing and waste their money. Plus, of you are paying with a credit or debit card there is a good chance your numbers will be stolen after you order from Annie Cloth, or even your identity, from what I've heard from others. It's just not worth it. These people are scammers and they need to be put out of business. The only reason I have them one star is because I had to, to be able to write this review. I would show a picture of the dress I received, but at the time I was so angry that I got played that I tossed it in the trash. This is for real, though. Please don't waste your money on these liars!
I made my purchases on April 11th. Didn't receive my items until June 15th. The items are absolutely horrible. Everything I ordered was a size medium. The items I received were huge. I could fit two other people in them. The quality is extremely poor. Needless to say, I will never order another item from this website. Run in the other direction.

5 months have passed. The merchandise I received was adequate for the price.
