Do not buy from this company! This company does not tell you they are in China. Communication is horrible. At first I kept asking and asking where is my order with no replies. Then after a few months the envelope showed up at my door. Then I had to return all 12 tops I ordered I tried 5 different times to email them asking for an RMA number and giving them all the information they required but they never reply back. I Then wrote a letter and I had kept the envelope that Had the address on it where the order came from so I packed it all up and mailed it back. I then emailed them with the tracking number return.
Then the replies start coming that returns are to be shipped back to China and if not then NO refund. This company are crooks and they steal your money.

I bought three dresses from this company based in China. The descriptions of these dresses all said COTTON.
Three months later, I received one out of three of the dresses and it was first, 5 sizes too big, very poorly made, was not at all the dress I ordered except for the vaguely same color, and worse, it was made with the cheapest synthetic fiber-- it was course and flammable. This fraudulent company uses photos of women wearing the advertised clothing they are selling, then they have someone make a copy of it (badly) using approximated design and color, but using really horrible and cheap fabric. When I wrote them back to complain they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I told them DO NOT SEND the OTHER TWO DRESSES. After some time went by without a response, they told me that it was too late, and if I wanted to return the dresses, I would have to pay for the freight back to China in addition to a customs fee and it would take months. So, I took all to the dresses to the goodwill. BY FAR, THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.
Ordered 5/9/20, it is now 6/21/20, order is not even in the USA. This company is in China and claims to need 3-7 days for processing and 30-36 days for shipping. Keeps telling me they cannot cancel my order as it has been shipped but hopes I had a happy shopping experience with them! Shipping tracking number they gave me stalled out on 5/19/20 with Pitney Bowes having picked up to send to USPS then nothing since. Thank god I used PayPal to order with, I rarely use them but glad I went with gut instinct. No refund as of this date but still working on it. The items were not even a great deal, I just liked the style. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BUY USA made like I should have. Wish I could give negative stars.
